Disgusting customer service

I like others ordered my son a tracksuit in the LIVE DROP on the 19th November - wish I never bothered. £180 tracksuit no where to be seen I have emailed asking for simple will it be here in time for Christmas and if not please refund me so I can get something else no reply or response apart from a link to products showing delays the tracksuit I ordered isn’t even on there. I will never use this company again.

The DHL tracking number the company gave us is actually a DPD tracking number. Hope that might help some.

Do not order from this company have waited over 4 weeks cannot get a response to emails . Calling you get no where it’s worst , they are taking advantage of the fact teenagers want these will try via c card company to get refund as I have no idea if I will ever get my order

Shocking customer service

I ham still waiting on a tracksuit I ordered for my son in the 26th November. Tge only email from them is to say there is a delay and will not be available until January 20th!!!! This is a xmas present for my son that cost £190. So now he won’t have this on xmas morning and I cannot get tgrough on live chat or phone and no one replying to my emails. All I want is my money back to buy him something else. I cannot afford to lose £190 as I’m a single parent. This is shocking customer service.

Terrible service

Terrible service, purchased ‘sale’ items early December. Still not dispatched 2 weeks later. Not pre ordered items or new drops! Not the first time this company has taken my money and then dispatched weeks later. With no pre warning! It’s like they sit on your money!

Scam

Scam. Ordered items on 4th December, it’s now the 17th and I’ve heard nothing despite repeated emails. Tried calling and it’s just a loop where you hit 1 to wait in a queue twice, and then it says there’s problems and disconnects you. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I’ll have to report through bank and try and get my money back.EDIT got a tracking number today for dhl that did not work. Read another review that advised the tracking is with DPD so I tried that and it says my item is out for delivery today. Not changing my review because I think this company is a disgrace and the complete lack of customer service is appalling. Don’t have this kind of business model if you don’t have the systems and processes in place to back it up!!

I really wouldn’t offer this company 1 star! I have been waiting for a £175 refund for weeks. I’ve emailed, phoned every number on the website and left messages but nothing has come from it! You don’t get to speak to anyone! I’m still waiting for a tshirt that’s not arrived too. DO NOT order from this company. I question whether or not they do actually offer a returns with refund policy? Absolutely despicable how much money they are fraudulently taking from people!

Tried several times via email to get delivery updates. Item was ordered as Christmas present so needed to order something else if not arriving, no response. Information on website about delivery updates doesn’t include the item I ordered!!! Just want a refund now.
