Ordered 27th november (not pre orders) been fobbed off left, right and centre! Dont waste your time ringing just gets disconnected, been messaging everywhere including the co-founder "mikey trapstar" no reply!! No acknowledgement... Has a row of offices in Regent St payed for by us unlucky customers and my poor 15yr old is the loser! Shame on the lot of you!! Looks like the company have mad some seriously unrepairable damage!! GOOD 👏

I ordered a men’s hoodie on the 27.11.22. I decided to ask for a refund, no joy there. I email them asking this, giving all the details and all that happens is that they repeatedly ask me for the details again and again when I’ve already given them to them lots of times, it’s like they are totally ignoring the fact that I’ve sent them. They are conning people and should be ceased from trading. I think I’m going to contact citizens advice on where to go with this now. Be warned do not order from TRAPSTAR London

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, ordered over 3 weeks ago, attempting to contact sent 8 emails left 3 voicemails on customer service line, messaged on online chat and also via instagram and Facebook all of which have been ignored, in the past things have been delivered next day but clothing isn’t cheap and I purchased two tracksuits for my boys for Xmas and like others seems I’m not likely to get them.Extremely disappointing trapstar You’ve now lost quite a loyal customer

Absolute joke of a company ordered on the 26th of November. Tried contacting them got no response have no clue where my order is no order number, nothing now going to contract my bank for a refund

Ordered a few items on 26th November…

Ordered a few items on 26th November 2022, knowing one of the items was pre order for 6th Jan dispatch. Its now 6th Feb 2023 and no update on the order. I've tried calling, emailing, contacting people via Instagram that work for the business (if you want to call it that) seems like they can't be bothered fulfilling orders. I have received my other orders in the past with lack or comms but this time it's horrendous. Do yourself a favour and forget this brand. Overhyped and selling clothing all the other streetwear brands sell but with their own branding on it.

Ordered my S9ns Christmas present on the 25th November.Still has not come.I sent them a email to say if its not posted soon i want my money back.They sent me a email saying its posted but with a false DHL tracking number.Please do not order from this horrendous company.

Wish I could give a 0 star rating. In response to other reviews that state the negative ones are fake....I can assure you they are not. Laced 3 separate orders on the 25th of November. 2 orders arrived within 10 days the final one has not yet arrived. I have rang and emailed endlessly to have no answer and just automated email response sporadically. Received an email 2 days ago telling me my order was on its way .... the tracking number does not exist so still unsure if I will receive my purchases and in a situation whereby I do not know what to do regards this as they are Xmas presents for my son. So utterly disappointed and angry

*AVOID* ITEMS DONT Arrive *

Appalling customer service. 3 weeks ago I made my order spent just under £700 on two coats and tracksuit haven’t received anything but took the fund straight away. Received a txt to say things were delayed and would be despatched and still nothing with Christmas round the corner they know why people are buying this items they should be ashamed of there selfs. Will not be buying from them again regards if the kids want it. And now need to get the bank to get my money back as they don’t respond to emails. No one picks up the phone. And if you comment on there social media they delete you comments absolutely disgusting.honesty is the best way in life if you can’t be honest with your customer no one is gonna buy your stuff.

Ordered on the 25th November and still no despatch confirmation! This is absolutely ridiculous to get away with this in todays day and age!!! Can’t get hold of anyone and can’t find out where my order is! Don’t buy from them!! Useless!!
