Review Time
Called the trapstar helpline as I realised I’ve ordered a short set as a preorder for the wrong date, as I was going on holiday I would’ve needed it way before I flew out. But when I got on the phone to Novella, I was presented with all my options straight away. Novella explained that I could get a gift in the same amount I paid and spend it on another short set. Communication was clear and was straight to the point!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.I placed an order, they debited my account the following day and never dispatched the goods, only after 2 phones calls and 2 emails do I discover they were out of stock and did nothing to notify me and did not process a refund. I am not convinced I will get the refund, lets hope they are bothered about seeing a bad review on trust pilot!
Trapstar is the best customer service on emails and telephones I have ever had to deal with they go above and beyond to your needs communication is fast and responsive I told them I was going on holiday on a certain date and they went out of their way to get it delivered before holiday thanks guys keep up the good work .
Just got off the phone with Trey with 3 problems queries and he was speedy, efficient and efficient xtremely helpful. We had a cap delivered damaged and the next day a collection was arranged and new one sent out. We had other issue and it was dealt with promptly and fairly. I am actually impressed my kids love the brand and despite my reservations ordered from a company as preorders they are amazing on customer services couldn’t actually rate highly enough ! Better then my womens wear company’s I have dealt with. Outstanding service shout out to trey who gave excellent customer services !!!
I purchased an item which was too big, I sent it back and within 4 days I have got an update that my item has been exchanged and is being sent back. 10/10 customer service and novella who I spoke with was perfect with quick responding times and updates. Will be buying again :)
I recently purchased an item from trapstar and it came the next day. Before hand I reached out via there email to ask a few questions and get some help and was helped by Aziza who was great, answered all questions and got back to me quickly everytime. I am very happy with my purchase.
Originally received the wrong order. Within a few hours the parcel was collected and the original tracksuit sent out and received the following day. A huge thank you to Trey who was extremely professional and swiftly dealt with the situation. I now have a very happy teenager.
