Ordered 2 hoddies on 26th nov still not dispatched and it’s now 9th jan. Like everyone else can’t get hold of anyone, don’t answer emails either. Going to have to try to get money back via visa route. Pretty poor and who ever owns it should be made accountable

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles, spent over £600 with them an yet to receive anything. Customer service is appalling, I still can’t get through to them. Been waiting for my order well over 3 weeks now… this isn’t a business, it’s a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM TRAPSTAR

Only giving 1 star because none isn't an option. No customer service, I've emailed and called multiple times, no-one EVER contacts back. Waiting for an order for my son, ordered on Christmas day, still waiting. Don't believe the hype!!! Will never buy from them again. No wonder their sh#t is limited edition....no-one ever recieves it!!!

Order placed Nov 26th and still not arrived

Order placed Nov 26th. Wasn't aware of the 9-12 working date wait until order was confirmed which is annoying. It is now Jan 7th and I:1) Still have not received the tracksuit2) Emailed 5 times with no response3) Called well over 20 times and no one answers, EVER4) Left two voicemails and still no response. I have previously shopped here for my son and whilst deliveries are a bit long than other places, this is taking the absolute p*ss. The fact that they do what they are doing to majority of people (based on these reviews) is disgusting and I will never patronise them again. I have reported them to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman.

I ordered a t shirt on the 4th of…

I ordered a t shirt on the 4th of December for my boyfriend for his Christmas present and it’s still not here! I sent an email after waiting a few weeks and they said they will inquire and it would be dispatched within 3-5 days! I waited more than 5 days just to make sure and it still didn’t arrive and sent another email to ask what was happening with it which hasn’t been replied to for nearly a week so sent another one today,I just want my order please I can’t be fussed with trying to get a refund after the reviews I’ve seen but will have to if it doesn’t arrive asap

Ordered November still no order …

Ordered 3 separate orders for Xmas presents. One turned up about 3 weeks later, one turned up with a large hole in and the other order of almost £300 has not come. £300 that I did not have to replace the present either I might add! We realised after ordering that some of the items were on preorder but this info was written in the description so we missed it. The preorders were due to be dispatched on the 28th December but nothing. These orders were placed on 26th November. It seems a lot of people that have issues also ordered this day! Seems they were selling items they didn’t have!! I’m disgusted that I’ve had no replies to emails I’ve sent nor have I had any updates from them regarding the order I’m still waiting for a reply regarding the damaged item. Will not use again. Would give 0 stars if I could, just say I’ve used them a lot in the past but seems they can’t keep up with the orders or stock but happy to take your money!

Vile company

Ordered a jacket on release day in Mid October 2021. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received the order, after numerous emails they eventually cancelled due to a internal Issue. I then requested a refund which they supposedly did. I then waited a few weeks after still not receiving the refund, and they politely refunded once again. It’s now January 2022 and I still haven’t received my refund! They’ve stopped replying to my emails and not even my bank can sort it out. I’m now down £220! Annoyingly they restocked this ‘limited’ jacket quite a few times since I purchased this, after telling me they had ran out. Absolutely vile company, never purchasing from here again and I’ll make sure anyone I know never orders from here.
