Do not order anything from here. Purchased something 2 weeks ago for my boyfriend as his main christmas present. Was on the website exactly when the items dropped and got the tracksuit I wanted. Contacted them after a week as no update on delivery and getting close to christmas. After a number of days and commenting on there instagram posts (and them deleting my comments), I got a reply and a phone call to say delivery is 9-12 business working days and we cant try and find your order. Accepted the present might be late but hey ho. TonIght, 2 days before christmas I receive a phone call from Trapstar to say the item I purchased is not in stock and Ive been given a refund? WHAT A JOKE 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Now my boyfriend has no christmas present?? AVOID!!!

Has someone any idea about de chart of sizes? I am 1 meter and 82 and in the size chart told that for the puffer jacket I have to buy an XS, something very strange. Is this normal?

Horrendous customer service

I ordered an item but within a week changed my mind and emailed them to cancel (after no luck getting through on the phone). It took 2 weeks for them to even respond and cancel the order and 2 weeks later I still haven’t received a refund despite the order never even being dispatched and numerous attempts to contact them

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Items returned tracked for service, has been signed for over 2 weeks ago! No refund and no response to calls or emails!!

Shameful

As per many of the reviews here I’ve ordered goods for Christmas which never arrived. These guys are cowboys. I see that the shop is stating as permanently closed and the contact form is no longer available. Of course no one answers the phone. Have they taken Christmas money and closed? I’ve paid with PayPal so will be getting money back. Don’t order from these sharks.

If I could leave Zero stars I would.Still waiting for items more than 1 month ago which were presents for my sons for Christmas.Have emailed numerous times and have not come back to me. I will be contacting my bank to ask for them to open a dispute and reverse the payment I suggest you do the same if you were as foolish as me to have already purchased from them!

Shocking service

Shocking service! Ordered a jumper returned for an exchange in original packaging unworn. Tracked item which has been signed for 15 days ago still no exchanged item! Sent 3 emails which auto correspondence states 48 hours! Clearly needs to be changed to 360 hours plus!! Contacted credit card company to state this company is fraud!!
