Review Time
I ordered a shirt on the 26th of November due to the Black Friday sale. I was emailed told that the shirt will deliver within 9-12 working days and that I’ll be given updates on my order. It’s now the 31st of December and I’ve still not received one update on my order. I’ve sent many emails asking what is going on and that my order hasn’t arrived and I’m told the same thing ‘I’ll pass this on to our warehouse team’ etc but nothing happens. I’ve lost patience now so I’ve emailed asking to cancel my order, hopefully this won’t take forever aswell.
I really do love the designs of these clothes but clearly trapstar your taking the p*#s you do a drop and I set an alarm I’m on it straight away just to checkout and be told sold out … bad management how have you never got stock or when you do a drop everything sold out within 5-10 mins . The company’s been around long enough to no there high demand brand …. Joke ……
Very good imma be honest these reviews are a shock to me considering I bought my first item from Trapstar which was a cross body bag. It stated in the description that it is a pre order which was ok with me and it would be dispatched on the 27th December I received the bag a week later from one of the best couriers DPD. Regarding customer service I messaged them about a little situation and they took about a week to respond but then they replied to all my emails in one day. I would send an email and they would respond within 30 minutes to it. They sorted everything out very professionally. But I do think customer service can be improved tho.
Awful company to buy from unless you don’t mind waiting forever, if you’re gunna offer delivery don’t make people wait a forever . I’m dreading returning it once it eventually arrives as customer service is shocking and will probably have to wait forever for them to sort it it’s obviously not the delivery company just the staff being crap as my item hasn’t even been despatched yet and I ordered it over 2 weeks ago 😡😡
