Placed my order on the 28th December, still waiting for items to dispatch even after being told I could wait up to 9-12 working days. They have been replying to my emails and say my order has been sent to warehouse team to investigate the delay,this could take up to ANOTHER 3-5 working days. but to me it seems like this whole company is a shambles and have been basically thieving off people. First and last time buying from trapstar and I doubt I’ll be getting my items altogether at this point. Avoid AT ALL costs. Unless you want to pay for something you’ll probably never get.

ordered a jumper and t-shirt and…

ordered a jumper and t-shirt and arrived in good timing however the quality of the jumper was awful, the material started to peel after wearing once, i have contacted them numerous times and not had nothing back, this is beyond a joke ive been ordering off trapstar for 5+ years, all i want is a refund on my items but again no reply! Will be taking this to trading standards.

Ordered 29th December 2021 and my item still hasn’t been dispatched after all these days. I am truly upset and didn’t expect this from this company if my item doesn’t come in the next 5 days I will be getting my money back

I ordered my item on Boxing days and still not received and no email to say it’s been dispatched? I’ve been a regular customer at trapstar and once (if) this item turns up, I will never EVER be buying from here again.

Placed an order on 27.11.21

Placed an order on 27.11.21. I have been emailing and ringing with no response. Finally had a text and email yesterday to say my order has been dispatched and the tracking number provided is incorrect. Still unsure now if my order has actually been dispatched or not. Please don't bother unless your prepared to wait or have to raise dispute with the bank!!!

So upset with this company.Trapstar is seen as a main clothing company in the UK and to let down your business through rubbish delivery times and customer service invest your money back into your god daym business

Order delivered to wrong address .

I made a delivery on the 28th of October, and it has only been dispatched on the 1st of January , I emailed customer service to let them know I need to change the address on my delivery, customer service confirmed that they have changed the address for me. I just got an email from dpd saying that they are going to deliver to the previous address. I can’t even change the delivery on the dpd app as my address is in a completely different city. Customer service is absolutely appalling and I won’t be ordering from trapstar again, such a shame.

5 * for quality and style

I have already written a review expressing my anger at the customer service and contact with Trapstar. We ordered on November 26th 2021 for Christmas and the item never appeared. This was a real sadness as it was a much wanted gift for our son. Trapstar need to up their customer service contact and be more transparent with delivery dates/stock availability. However when the item arrived on January 8th 2022 we couldn't have been happier with the product. Fantastic quality and one happy teenager. We would definitely order again with an open mind to delivery. Five stars for product and quality of item. X Solihull UK

Absolute joke!

Terrible service! Still waiting for mine, my daughters and my partners order. No updates, no dispatch email. A courtesy email update would be nice! And they have the cheek to charge £5 shipping!
