Do not buy from this company. I ordered back in November having paid for the goods in full based on them being in stock and available to ship. 2 months later and no product, no communication or update by email and no one answers the phone. I appreciate we are all busy and some businesses are struggling but the volume of complaints is a clear sign they only care about taking money and not retaining customers. I have lodged a claim with the bank and contacted trading standards with all details
I have been able to get hold of someone after several attempts on the phone today. Gentlemen was helpful and updated me on unfulfilled shipment from 26.11.21 & the reason why delayed - shipping delay (common at present) & they didn’t receive goods until 7.1.22. They are very busy and I advised feedback for improvement for customer experience would be to update customers on their current challenges. Would also help those dealing with calls, emails etc!Some goods are pre-ordered so will be a delay according to when goods are actually received.Dealings I have had when I can speak to a CS person have been polite, helpful and clearly they have some challenges at present. Whilst frustrating, they aren’t the only company who are going through similar and can only acknowledge that those I have spoken to couldn’t have been more helpful in providing the actual facts.
I ordered a tracksuit had it delivered and all the normal stuff. I realised the stitching was faulty when I wore it and the pocket ripped when I put my phone in my pocket. I emailed them they scheduled a pick up for my tracksuit and collected it. They told me on the 23rd of December I would receive my tracksuit 3-7 days later it’s now been 17 days later. They’ve ignored my emails numerous amount of times. I emailed them on other emails and they reply on my email they don’t. Disgusting !!!!
Stole my money been waiting over 2 months for my order. When I call them they cut the call at the exact same point every time and say to leave a message so can't even talk to anyone to get a refund. They never reply to emails either. Scammers!
I have ordered numerous things off the site and never had any issues, I ordered a tracksuit for Christmas which I have received but the quality is terrible, its been worn twice for a couple of hours and the material has gone all bobbly.I have emailed and rung Trapstar but have had no reply, customer service is absolutely awful, quick enough processing payment but can't be bothered to sort any issues, disgusting service will not be purchasing off there again.
