I odered two items for my son for christmas. The order was placed at the end of Novenber. I received one item in time for Christmas and the other I'm still waiting on. I've sent several emails but received no response. It's Fraudulent taking my money, ignoring my emails and not delivering the goods I've paid for. Never again will I order from Trapstar. Appauling

Lack of service and not sending products that has been purchased.

After placing an order on their website: order #: TS1607237 on 30/11/25 which my son thought was a good deal we have not had the product delivered. We have sent emails to the customer service contact email but, we have not had a proper update just a computer generated email approximately 3weeksa ago. Today's date is 11/01/26. We are so disappointed with the service or lack of it and would like to make a formal complaint to the head or manager of this company. This is appalling, is this the way you are getting rich off the poor people of the country. If you don't improve I am afraid that your business will come to nothing as people will start to understand what you are all about: stealing and tricking customers. God is watching you and He is not happy so be warned, all the money that you have for the disgruntled customers, you will need to return. We will be seeking further advice about what to do regarding your poor services and not producing the product we have paid for.

My son ordered a Trapstar hoodie on 30 Nov 2025. It still hadnt arrived by mid Jan. I contacted them via email and provided full details of the order. They replied the next day asking for all the same information again. I was assigned a ticket number. A week later I emailed for an update, no response. Another week later still nothing. Complete scam.Order number TS1607429Ticket number 722124I have just spoken to him and no email has arrived from Trapstar, also not in his junk?

I placed an order on 30th November my tracksuits has still not arrived. This cause embarrassment at Christmas as this was a present for my daughter’s partner. I have emailed so many times and had no response we. The contact number doesn’t work. I have now had to claim the refund through my bank.

Absolute rubbish company to deal with

Absolute rubbish company to deal with. Sent me an offer to buy discounted items. I brought them and the day after they cancelled the order stating their system accepted too many orders. What a joke. Wouldn't recommend at all. Pass this on and let people know how poor the service is.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking, email after email promoting black friday and discount codes. Only to cancel the orders i made. Then no explanation as to why. Stay away from these scammers. Obviously Money can't buy manners

Discount order cancelled

Imagine saying 90% off for 10 minutes then cancelling the orders that you get within that time frame. I was a legit customer who's ordered from them before and been happy but to cancel orders that come through when you send an email out saying 90% off is wack. Lost future custom. Don't set the discount if you can't take the losses.

I ordered a sweater on the 10th of October and I rarely got any info on my parcel for so long, until it was the 27th of November when they said dpd got my parcel then it was responsive and came on time from dpd not actually trapstar and the whole time between the two dates nothing but ai responses which were full of shi. Quality really good tho

Feel like I've been scammed waited for the order to arrive that states pre order for 7th which was a Sunday?? And now I've had no emails whatsoever about it being sent lost few hundred to these scammers this was on black friday they've took my money and dipped

What an absolutely awful company

What an absolutely awful company. Honestly can’t see how they are still operating. The reviews speak for themselves, they are legal scammers. I too, like a lot of others as seen in recent reviews, ordered from trapstar during the 10 minute 90% off promotion, got my order in well in time and they cancelled my order with no reason at all. They still had all their stock available for my order but just sent me a very generic email saying they didn’t expect as many orders as they got and they gave away more than they bargained for more or less. This is absolutely mental😂 after several messages to customer service, they had absolutely no desire to reply to me or address my very valid concerns. What a scummy company that evidently don’t care about their customers.
