Frustrated as a joke they put offer 90% discount next day order cancelled saying item was out of stocks & says technical issues system continued accepting orders even promotional allocation sold out. This is a joke with customers afterwards they gave me goodwill 40£ without mentioning end date. When i was trying to use code don’t work so i asked in customer service they said your code is expired not happy at all no more with TRAPSTAR brand very disappointed 🥱😌😌😌
This has got to be the worse company I ordered beginning of December I’m still waiting for my order. No update no one replying to me. I’ve gone off this brand someone needs to get back to me asap!!! I will be going to my bank. Your robbing people of there money letting people down and just taking peoples money and not even delivering the items. It’s disgusting and should be investigated. **** Just had a reply from The operations manager and mearly got a sorry. No offer to resolve the issue and give me my money back fo the items that THEY HAVE!! this must be a wind up **** Made a purchase online on the 1st of december. Took just a little over a month in order to receive my items and upon arrival yh quality and sizing of the garments were absolutely atrocious. I sent off an email regarding this and asking for a refund. I’ve since sent the items back they were received by trapstar going on nearly two weeks now. No reply to my 8 emails over the month i’ve been trying to get a refund. Will be taking this further now as seemingly they’re just trying to steal my money and not bother to reply.They’re organising is awful and i’ve never known a company to run so backwards in my life. Would not shop here again.
I placed an order on 1st December which was meant to be a Christmas gift, chased the order 3 times for them to contact me on 22nd December to say there was an issue with the item I ordered and it will not be getting sent out. I requested a refund on that same day, it is now 10th January and I’ve chased them 5 times with no response and still no refund. Absolutely disgusting and I’m not sure how they’re even able to get away with this.
Same as everybody else... placed an order on 1st Dec and still no response to my chaser emails asking for an update on my delivery. They even had the audacity to still be advertising guaranteed delivery before Christmas as of yesterday! I will never buy from them again.
Ordered 2 hoodies on the 1st of Jan for LJPB05NJ TS1608718. And its is now 29th of jan and still no reply when I have emailed multiple times and no update or order has turned up. How can this be a company still going when you pay and nothing turns up. I also payed for the advanced/faster delivery! Joke !!
Sending out 90%off black friday discount code emails and saying „I don‘t mind, I like to give back to my people“ in twitch live, then cancelling every order the next day. I only ordered a mystery box and tracksuit, so nothing much to resell but they can‘t even keep their word and refunded that.
Scumbags. Spent so much money with this company and yesterday they email me a 90% off code which lasts for 10 minutes. Ordered 3 minutes after the code was sent so well within the window. Today I get an email stating they’ve cancelled my order and ‘we’ve got you’ a measly £40 credit Made up some nonsense about the order being outside the 10 minute window when clearly it’s all marketing, they never intended to give anyone this 90% off
