Let’s be honest doesn’t even deserve the one star. Ordered many items and all justSeemed stuck on confirmed. I emailed after a month of hearing nothing got told two out of the 10 items were pre ordered and they moved the pre ordered day to 20 days later. I asked to send none pre order items and I’d wait for pre order. Heard nothing. Then one by one pre orders came but not the none pre orders. Emailed loads sent fb messages nothing. Today raised dispute with bank within 5 mins money was refunded. It’s funny they keep emailing may times a day with offers and grantee for Xmas delivery however can’t deliver items from 40 days ago
I ordered a hoodie from Trapstar, returned it because I wanted a refund, and was told I would receive my money within 7–10 days.It has now been OVER A MONTH, and I still haven’t received anything. No refund, no explanation, nothing.Even worse, they have completely stopped responding to my messages. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.Holding customers’ money, lying about refund timelines, and then ghosting them is straight-up scam behavior.If you can’t handle refunds properly, you shouldn’t be running a business. I will never order from Trapstar again and I strongly warn others to think twice unless you enjoy chasing your own money.EDIT: They finally returned my money back like 2 days ago. But the support is just terrible they didnt say anything just out of nowhere ruturned money. After nearly 3 months.
Horrible customer service, it’s clear to see from all the other reviews this company is horrible. Absolutely unprofessional rookies. Can’t even fulfill a simple order of 1 item. You guys might aswell close your business no one is happy with your service.
I still have received a response to my email, or received my refund of £130. The item was was back to them by recorded delivery. I've tracked the item and you've had it since the 11th November.This isn't acceptable! especially as I've had not response from them at all.
Seen a lot of negative reviews about orders not showing up which had me worried mine wouldn't but my personal experience wasn't horrendous, customer service is pretty shocking no reply's from an actual human but my order did arrive (1 week late) got an automated email letting me know it was gonna be late. The quality of my order makes up for the delay can't complain
By far the worst company I've ever worked with taken over 3 weeks for one tracksuit and still isn't here been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks now for a refund because I don't want there shit clothing brand anymore so will someone get back to me so I can get my money back
Only gave them 1 star because I had to to write this review anyone thinking off buying anything off them don’t if you want to give your money away send it my way lol my son ordered a tracksuit 6 weeks ago with his birthday money and not got it I’ve sent email after email and no response so don’t waste your money buying from them or u could go to there shops oh but the shops are shut otherwise I’ll be there getting his tracksuit so don’t do it
