Stole money from me.I asked to have my order cancelled. After 5 messages, they finally did. Order got cancelled but no refund was ever issued. Zero contact with customer service. Their phone number doesn't work and they ignore all the emails. It's been 3 weeks, still no refund. I had to open a chargeback with my bank, which will take few months to resolve...
I’m very disappointed I brought from Trapstar previously with no issues. Placed an order 17th October and still nothing. I cannot get in contact as no number works. I’ve emailed multiple times to be now be told order is on way. Interesting, as no tracking number has been provided this time. Will not be buying again!!!!
ABSOLUTE SCAM MF DO NOT BUY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! I cancelled the order emailed them many times asking for my refund of over £200 they dont respond and dont give a shit about you! F Trapstar and their shit clothing had to get my money back from my bank. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Ordered from them twice in the past no issues but this time just like everyone else, no details of dispatch after 2 weeks, ordered on 3rd November. Continue to send discount emails to you though and post on social media about new products. Sent them a DM on instagram as they ignore your emails, replied saying my items were pre order and won’t be dispatched till 27th November. I wouldn’t have ordered it if they put this on the website but they didn’t, they are trying to sell items not even in stock to get your money it’s misleading. Asked them to cancel my order as I can’t be arsed waiting weeks for my item to potentially arrive and they said refund will take up to 14 days, so they say. Complete waste of time and money, will likely dispute with my bank because I doubt they will even send a refund based of other reviews.
ordered a tracksuit came the quality was sh!t and then i sent it back i only recived 65 pound back and i payed 130 pound i also had to pay to send it back i would not recommend buying from here at all if i could give it no stars i would i also text and emailed them and got left on seen on instagram and email
Been waiting for an order for nearly 2 months now. Contacted the team to ask about it my order and every week they keep changing the day it’s going to get shipped I have been waiting for this order since 26th of October and today is the 10th of November bare in mind on the website it says 3-5 working days…I live in England btws not in Switzerland
I purchased a few items in November and they only sent half order , there was items missing , they never sent me the items and dind respond to any of my emails I have sent for over a month , so I decided to sent everything back for a refund , the items have been returned a d delivered to their wharehouse long time ago and they still dind refund me and don't reply to the emails , THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI WANT MY REFUND ORDER NR TS1589312
