Doubt my review even matters at this point and it’s quite clear they don’t care about any of their customers concerns. Ordered a jacket on 28th November which was part of the new Black Friday drop. 7-12 days like they told us, no update on any shipping at all and got no response to emails sent. They then sent a lot of people the same email mid December saying they don’t have any idea when they would be able to ship it and said if you don’t want to wait then you can request a refund. Very strange they would lead their whole new drop with these puffer jackets and then have no idea when they can ship them. At the same time they are emailing ‘Christmas guarantee delivery’ , new drops, more discount codes and getting influencers to stream and promote them. Eventually it was not on my shop app anymore and since requesting a refund and trying to contact them for the last month, I’ve had no response at all.Baffles me how they are able to rob and ignore their customers and get away with this. Will have to try and get my money back through my bank now and won’t ever be buying from them again. Don’t be fooled by the desperate discount codes they are sending out.
I’ve sent several emails regarding my Order TS1602907 and not one word for them!!! It’s disgusting. I ordered on the 28th of October for two tracksuits and still haven’t been sent to me, the tracksuits are still on for sale on the website…. I’m not sure if they’re waiting for it to sell out so they can tell me it’s out of stock…. I’ve contacted my bank and will be contacting citizens advice if I don’t get a reply or my items sent to me..
Pleasantly surprised. Ordered 6 business days ago, from UK to Southern Europe. They dispatched my order the day after I purchased it, which is excellent. I read some reviews online and they are mostly negative, I presume it's because streetwear brands have a lot of third parties and fake shops, and they obviously never deliver. If you know how to use internet in 2025, and order from the correct site, you'll get your order. Trapstar exists for years, worn by many celebrities and they definitely wouldn't exist if they scam. This review is purely for shipping, not for quality, since I haven't worn it enough yet.
Very bad experience. I wanted to return the item as not suitable but they never email back. Customer service is very bad. You cannot return without the. Sending you code. I purchased in past and wueb ever I sent them emails they never reply. I have waited over £400 on items that look fake no tags poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM TJEY ARE SCAMMERS
Awful, customer service is pretty much none existent been lied to the past 3 weeks about where my order is and when it is shipping I ordered a tracksuit and a t shirt on the 3rd of November. Today is the 21st and they’ve only decided to ship half of the order bearing in mind the description said the tracksuits was being shipped from the 7th of November. Avoid at all costs
