Review Time
My order was lost between the Post Office & DPD.So technically no fault of Trapstar. However, to get a refund, I needed to contact Trapstar. Which I have done, several times via email as requested on their site. No live chat (it says there is) or phone number.No replies to my emails, nothing.Disgraceful nonexistent customer service.The amount of 1 Star reviews says it all.....
Honestly if I could write a negative (minus) review I would, ordered 2 tracksuit for Christmas present on 9th December and still nothing, I emailed asking to cancel order for refund and on 6th January I got reply saying order cancelled please allow 7-10 working days for refund and now I'm getting emails with discount code saying sorry for delay on order I'll be notified when shipped,Trapstar customer serviceOrder details for the bit replyC deverickTS1612238Ps I don't want them I just want a refund

Have been requesting refund for shipping ever since. Customer service is a joke. Constantly get automated email asking for order details. Which i give everytime. Had a couple responses from someone called Fabian. Who does nothing and when I ask for an update we start the process all over again. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. I have three boys who love this brand bit I will never be ordering again.

If I could give no stars I would I ordered off trapstar a few years ago and everything turned up and I like there tracksuits but these days there shocking no updates no responses to my emails like everyone else clearly…. Finally got 1 delivery today I ordered 2 tracksuits and they have sent 1 haven’t seen it yet so hopefully its right
TS1610963 1 month and 1 week late on one 1/2 order the other still not arrived 1 month and 3 weeks a counting ! Also they advertised a tracksuit that is not sent ,but a low budget version of the one in the picture in the ad on site is sent. So basically they false advertising on the Trapstar website Be warned the tracksuits are not what they use to be and are what you buy will not be what you receive TS1610963
Ordered items on 3rd November and it said 7-12 working days for delivery. Its the 5th December and still waiting. No updates and no response to emails.Probably the worst customer service of any company I have bought anything from.Dont buy if you want something in a hurry!!!
I ordered the iron gate jacket as a Xmas present on the 3/12, it was delivered to a collection point on the 16/12. I ended up having to return it as it was much smaller than expected. The item was received by trapstar on the 7/01. They repeatedly ignored my emails & left me no other choice but to raise a chargeback. It is now 21/01 and they haven't responded or refunded me. Update: I've added two stars as a thanks to Deshawn. He has now issued my refund. I Hope he can help fix what's gone wrong with trapstar. But I still not sure whether I would purchase from here again though. 👍
Had to write another reviewAfter cancelling my 90% off discount and offering a measly code in replacement - all my other orders are still pending shipping even though the production dates have well passed and 1/6 parcels (the last one ordered) was finally shipped ONLY TO BE REQUESTED IT GETS BACK TO SENDERABSOLUTELY RUINED CHRISTMAS. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY
This has got to be the worse company I ordered beginning of December I’m still waiting for my order. No update no one replying to me. I’ve gone off this brand someone needs to get back to me asap!!! I will be going to my bank. Your robbing people of there money letting people down and just taking peoples money and not even delivering the items. It’s disgusting and should be investigated.
