Hrello, second-time I'm in here dropping a bad comment....My package hasn't been shipped for 1 month and 23 days, and I'm starting to get tired now. Asked for a refund, but I have no expectations that they will even answer my request for a refund because I have no faith in the bad service. Sorry don't wanna be rude, but it is only fair to let people know this before buying
Bought one of the football tops they made in 2020. Followed the instructions it gave regarding washing and the whole thing more or less fell apart, all of the lettering fell off so now it looks s**t. Costs about the same as a normal football top so in hindsight if I wanted to waste my money on a dead out team I'd have bought a Utd shirt.
Made an order over a month ago got told 9-12 working days. Currently at 12 working days and no update email, customer service is a shambles and has lied about my product being shipped. Don’t take money off customers if you can’t ship the product..... spent over £100 and to be honest at this point I just want my money back as it’s gonna be summer by the time I receive my goods.
Absolutely s*** company. I never ever write reviews. Purchased on 24th of September and still haven’t got it. Been going back and fourth with them with the reply “you will get your product by the end of the week” for the past month. The thing is it’s a lot of money for some people. Especially me. I bought it with the hope of getting it within a week like most companies. But no. So please stay away from this company. I think it’s disgusting they can take your money so fast but not even send you your product.
I have had issues in the past with orders taking over 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered with little or no customer service but on this occasion my items were delivered within 3 days. I was updated throughout process via email and it appears Trapstar have one of the best delivery firms DPD handling deliveries, there appears to be a conscious effort by the company to deal with the issues they faced in the past regarding customer service and delayed deliveries and hopefully this is the start of a better service for all their customers.
I’ve seen so many bad reviews on here I’ve literally built a career from watching trapstar grow & do their thing , no joke I first started as a consumer a purchaser and I loved the clothes so much, fair enough sometimes the wait is long but it’s always worth it and is always sorted out , like literally as soon as you contact the Instagram or email them , they will respond , this company is a global company on a massive scale, owning a clothing brand myself I know how hard it can be to even do a handful of orders never mind thousands . Trapstar is good cheap and affordable clothing compared to some of the other high end brands out there. I’ve spent thousands on this brand and one thing I know is that the clothing even holds its value . Believe me or not the choice is yours . A lot of the pieces are limited & do not restock regularly . So each piece holds its own value. Trapstar is an excellent brand and hats of the them ! Hats off to their success & hats of to their story . I really hope people on the trust pilot can understand what it’s like operating such a huge wide scale company . We are not talking a small business .
