Trapstar are a great company and quality products , from tracksuits to socks to coats. Had one or two issues that have been resolved by NAIOMI , a real credit to trapstar she is very patient and understanding and an overall credit to trapstar very polite !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Placed an order over a month ago, only to receive an email stating a cancellation and that I would be refunded over £500 via a bloody "credit note"... are they SERIOUS?!I've also had orders arrive ridiculously late (6 weeks).Orders returned via post has taken months to refund.New answer when I ring. A 'once in a blue moon' response to my emails - the issues are honestly endless.It's a shame because I'd love to see this black business thrive, they started from humble beginnings and I've followed from them times too, but their service is a disgrace, it's an embarrassment to be frank. I've given them plenty of chances over many years, but I'm let down almost every time.
Purchased multiple items on many different occasions. Never ever had any issues with delivery or customer service. Will happily continue to buy drop after drop. Dumb ppl writing bad reviews cus they don’t realise their order is a pre order item. Check the item description before buying. Delivery has always been on time for me. Recommend
