kinda ok.. but delivery time is long on some items.

ok, so I brought 2 hoodies in the same order.. I received one of the hoodies 5 days after I ordered, but still haven't received the other one. it been past the usual shipping date it say on the website.. & the customer service is pretty hard to get hold off but when I did they just told me to be patient which is understandable but it has been pretty long. I really do rate the quality of the clothing thou. it’s just the delivery & sometimes your paying 5-10 pound for delivery and it don’t even come in expected time.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I don’t know how this company sells out when they don’t even ship their orders. Beyond fuming contacted on multiple occasions and nothing. DO NOT RECOMMENDED WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!!

Panic mode over

So after reading reviews and going into panic mode about my order not coming before Christmas, I emailed, DM’d and contacted a few people I knew were connected to trapstar through Instagram. Obviously I haven’t received my parcel yet however I received a call this morning from someone from trapstar off her personal number assuring me that she had seen my messages and will be making sure my order is dispatched by Tuesday at the latest. With covid and things at the minute things must be difficult for businesses like this, I do understand everyone’s frustration also. However I appreciate them contacting me on a Sunday off their personal number to give me an update!

Improve your logistics and customer service

Placed an order for my teenage son on the 10th of December. After a week of no dispatched notification, I sent an email to customer service requesting an update. I received a reply with grammatical errors advising me that someone will get back to me within 48hours. This was not an automated message therefore, If you had the time to write and send this message then you had the time to investigate and respond correctly so. I have sent a further email requesting a full refund. I have given them 2 hours to reply. No response - Bank Charge Back will apply!!!!
