Review Time
Well, well, well!! Here comes yet another customer with a bad review and honestly I’m shocked that big big Trapstar has such a terrible customer service system. I ordered two items, only one came. Only one was on the invoice despite paying and having evidence that I ordered two. The missing item is still in stock on the website, yet I’ve received no refund or explanation as to why it didn’t come in the first place. No email responses, no calls back and no phone answered…. Literally ever!Wow I mean there’s shocking and then there’s absolute liberties. We need to call watchdog at this point.I want my item or refund
Customer service is a joke I’ve emailed phoned left messages and no answer or reply got told the wrong label was put on my order and they realised took it off and never put the correct label on so it’s just lay there got told it was going to be posted but it’s not would not recommend buying from here what’s so ever
(UPDATE) they refunded me….Not someone to bash a company if the right thing is done….Am I going to remove the review…No but what I will do is just say moving forward I feel that they need to work on this…Shouldn’t take this long and leave people thinking refunds ain’t going to be returned. I’ll increase to 2 stars as they did refund me at the end of the day…Just unfortunate that it took so long…and who knows maybe it’s only been acted on due to the review….) Can’t believe it’s come to this….And now coming onto trust pilot to see how many other people have made returns and haven’t heard A THING tells me the sort of people I’m dealing with….wish I had checked reviews before I ordered…Spent over £130 pound to not receive a reply to any emails messages on social media!!! NOTHING!! Shocking that a company which from the outside looked like it was doing well so you wouldn’t think you would be facing issues like this!! It’s coming up to a month now!!
I received my order from Trapstar London around 11 days ago and an item was missing. I sent an email through which said it would be dealt with within 48 hours. I received no response so I called the customer service team. No answer from them and I left my name number and reason for call so they could call me back. Still no response from them. I forwarded them another email around 4-5 days ago with proof that I emailed them as well as screenshots of me calling their number and leaving voicemails. I still haven’t had anything back from them. This is one of many people who have been a victim to this despicable customer service and the conning of peoples hard earned money. Avoid at all costs
