Awful service

Awful service, refund received by them, they claim the have refunded my my bank tells me different. It’s clear to see they are doing this to a lot of people. Trading standards will be notified.

Avoid.

I’ve now been waiting a month for a refund since my item was returned and signed for, avoid this company at all costs it is without a doubt the worst run company I have ever seen. If you’re not getting a response I’d advise submitting subject/data access requests to them when asking for an update as there is legal and financial penalties for them if they do not respond which seems only fair as they seem so reluctant to return our money.

Been waiting FIVE MONTHS for an item

Been waiting FIVE MONTHS for an item. Messaged them constantly and they say its being sent. Now they've actually given me a DHL tracking number. Funny that it's not recognised by DHL!! This company must be a scam. Asked for refund, nothing received.

Same as everyone else 24/09/2021 new drop I spent over £300 on 2 tracksuits and a hoodie got an email of confirmation it’s now nearly a month later and nothing!! I’ve emailed they sent back an automated email then an email saying it will take another 9-12 days for what exactly? I’ve called they never answered like where is my clothes or my £300 at this point I feel like I’ve been scammed big trap star doing this to people how the hell are they getting away with it! I actually can’t believe bad review after bad review and there still able to sell they need to be reported to trading standards here just thieves!!!

I wish I didn’t have to leave 1 star! I sent back 2 items for refunds and have only been notified about 1, even though they are in reciept of both due to me tracking parcel. Even after 1 email acknowledgment over 3 weeks ago they still have not refunded me. This is day light robbery. AVOID

It’s going to court if I receive no other contact than a automated email

Useless! Told me 9-12working days for it to be shipped. It’s going to be funny when the proof of negligence is put up in court against them. For a company of this size and “status” they have no form of communication nor respect. Even Supreme has better customer service.

Have been waiting just under two months

Have been waiting just under two months for a £200+ order. Have emailed several times to chase. Upon emailing you get an automated response saying they will reply within 48 hours but over half the time they never actually reply. On the few occasions they have replied I have been told they will despatch my item within 7 days, which they never do.No attempt to compensate me or even rectify the problem. Used to be an okay company but now have turned to crap. Do NOT order from these thieves.
