Ordered 26-6 and still nothing. Countless emails back and forth and atleast 4 times now in the past 6 weeks have I had a email back saying ‘ we will dispatch your order by the end of next week’. And it never happens. They don’t care in the slightest about there customers. This is a company with amazing exposure but the worst customer service I have ever come across in my life. My message for the owner of this company is no matter how good your product is. Making people wait 1/4 of a year for a tracksuit is shocking! And they wonder why so many ppl use resellers Avoid at all costs unless you can wait months for delivery. 0/5. Shocking.
Regular customer the deliveries have never been the best but I’ve been waiting on the Dave collaboration hoodie and I’ve one email 3 weeks ago saying they’ll be shipped next week and it’s now been nearly two months since i ordered it and it still hasn’t been shipped
Ordered items on the 12th of august.Have repeatedly emailed asking where my order is only to be ignored I have spent a lot of money with Trapstar over the last two years but as this order has not been received and my calls and emails are unanswered i will not be buying anything in the future and neither will my son
Not impressed considering this is the first time for placing an order over a week ago now, and no update on delivery of item. I have sent a message requesting an update and still no reply with an update. Disgraceful service definitely not recommending them to anyone, big brand and poor services typical.not in a rush to shop here again after my order is finally received
I ordered the Dave * Trapstar collab hoodie on the 21st July, after not receiving any news after 2 weeks i contacted them, and was told they were facing delays but i should receive the product within a week. I have emailed them a few more times and i get told exactly the same. As of today, 7th September, I have still not received the product and after emailing multiple times I have asked for a refund, just for that to be disregarded. I'm going to have to contact my bank if I want my money back. I will never be shopping using Trapstar again, I'd much rather order a Hoodrich product and actually get it when they say you will, rather than being strung along with empty promises of it arriving soon.
Ordered on 16th August - no sign of goods. I have emailed them and been told the same lies that there is an issue with deliveries bit items should have been with me last week - complete lie.I emailed them again 3 days ago - they're chosing not to reply to me now. Absolutely disgusting. These were for my son's 21st birthday (that's gone now was in August). How about fulfilling your obligations TRAPSTAR....... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I would never buy from these guys again. They’re absolutely useless in every possible way. Shipping, customer service and quality of their products is the worst you could ever wish for. You would be better off buying your clothes from the pound store.
