It’s been nearly 2 months and I have yet to to receive my order. A company with this much exposure and still doesn’t maintain a customer service team? Ludicrous. I have contacted the trapstar team in various occasions and all my messages have been clearly ignored. How they are still running is beyond me
Do not waste youre money !!! I ordered a tracksuit for my son on 26/6 , was £167 , am still waiting today 17/08 !!! Have heard every excuse going , it’s with dpd , its there then gone back to trapstar on the same day i was not home when they tried to deliver load of crap !!!!I I will not be letting this go Trapstar !!
It was a great company until I order thr trapstar x scarface and I ordered it in may now it’s August it still hasn’t been shipped so I contacted coustomer service many time emailed them 4 times called 3 times would not answer my calls and would not reply to my emails trapstar fix this issue all I want to know is when my item is going to be shipped
Don’t believe the hype. Honestly. The worst company for customer service and refunds. Ordered a tracksuit in June and as I write this now in august it’s still yet to arrive. Called up their customer service number… no answer for days. When I finally got through to someone she said my order had been delayed. Couldn’t give me no explanation. No notification or indication of when it would arrive. How can a company treat customers so badly. Love supporting black businesses but this is terrible. Let’s see how long it takes my refund to come.
