I ordered the Santan Dave x Trapstar collaboration which came with a CD and a graphic t-shirt. I wanted to cancel the order and the customer service told me that I was not allowed, despite it stating that you can cancel orders on the website if you message early. The CD arrived a few days later and then I received a text message which said that the t-shirt would be arriving ‘within a few days’ (their own words). It has been two weeks and the t-shirt has still not arrived. Moreover, they took the money out of my account (rather than a pending transaction) a day after I ordered it, which is not supposed to happen. The money is supposed to be taken when the items have been shipped. This company has abysmal customer service, terrible communication and are the definition money hungry. Stay far far away from this company unless you want your money taken for months with no product in hand. Incredibly disappointed
Some dead company how the hell does it take a month for something to come that’s so poor and I have emailed them about it and it takes them 48hrs to reply like it’s so poor.my thing was meant to get shipped on the 23rd July and now it’s the 28th and I haven’t got no updates about my order.
I pre-ordered a tracksuit for my son on the 31 May 2021 for £149.45 and still not received it, I've been emailing asking for a refund not all I get sometimes is we will contact you in 48hours no contacts me, this service is disgusting and unprofessional, will never buy anything from trapstar again, and if your thinking of buying please don't. Really bad service
