Ordered from trapstar on the 29th of july, its 6th september now, theyvegot to be taking the p!ss. Emailed them once around mid august asking on the whereabouts of my shipment and they emailed back saying it should be with me within in a week and that they were having fulfilment delays in their warehouse. Its been two weeks... i am beyond vexed.
Awful, ordered only a jumper that was in stock over a month and half ago, emailed 3 times too see where it was. They said they had problems which had been sorted and my jumper was to arrive 2 weeks ago, still not arrived, no shipping confirmation and heard nothing from them. Bought some stuff before of them but the last 3 orders have taken well over 2 months to come with no communication
It’s been 14 days since I placed an order. The order says unfulfilled. The £5.45 for premium delivery is a joke right it’s been 14days and it’s not even been dispatched . If you’re going to charge 5+ pounds for delivery make it at least decently quick. I emailed the support address but no reply for a a few days now which is disappointing, but unsurprising since they probably haven’t shipped half the products they need to have shipped. Overall just disappointed with the service for the price of the products on the site and price of shipping I expect more. But suppose that’s the nature of clothes brand which drop clothes they’re not trying to please all the customers. The fact that it still hasn’t been dispatched makes me think they don’t even have my product at there distribution centre. Like where is the tracksuit two weeks for delivery in this day and age is actually a joke and has convinced me this is the last time I will use Trapstar.
Avoid this company at all costs! I preordered some merchandise from their exclusive Dave collaboration, which should have been shipped on 23rd July. However, it’s now been five weeks, and I still haven’t received my clothes! I have sent them an email each week asking about my order, and they keep telling me that It will be shipped by the end of the week, which is a load of nonsense. I have only received the CDS from this purchase which was distributed by a third party, but when I only received one out of two CDs, Trapstar weren't even willing to help me locate the missing CD! They pretty much told me that they don’t dispatch the CDs, so it's not their problem. Despite purchasing the clothes and CDs from their Trapstar website! I intend on requesting a refund if I haven’t received my order by the end of this week (several weeks later than they initially promised me). Save your time and hard-earned money by not purchasing from this company, and most importantly save yourself the hassle!
I have ordered with trapstar plenty of times and had no problems. I placed a order for a T shirt on the 24th July and was still yet to receive it by the 29th august. I sent many emails and they said that it had been shipped it is now the 30th august and they have emailed me saying it has been cancelled and I will be refunded, really not happy with their service.
I ordered from Trapstar as it's my girlfriend's favourite brand. I ordered her birthday present from here and it claimed to come within 3-10 days. It has been 5 weeks, I am very very disappointed and angry by this as it did not turn up for her birthday. If Trapstar cannot handle all of the orders that are placed after they drop new items, they should not put anything out as many customers are frustrated and upset by this.
I ordered short and tshirt set over a month and half ago still havnt received it, everytime i go to ring the customer support number no one answers. I sent multiple emails and they tell me 3-5 working days and still havnt received absolute terrible service
I placed an order 26.06 which was due for despatch on 28.07. I still on the 21.08 not received my items, I’ve spoke to customer care multiple times and it’s just excuse after excuse ( delay in receipt stock, it’s will be sent out today, was then told it will be sent out my Friday meaning yesterday) still not received. Bare in mind countless times I was promised contact from their customer care team and I was ignored. This is a terrible company who doesn’t care for their customers nor care to actually keep their promises. I would not suggest ordering from this company! The clothes I’m waiting on are funnily enough summer clothes but I guess that’s no use now! This has happened with other orders I’ve placed as well! I do not recommend and I would not suggest ordering if you need by a certain date because you will be let down
