Unprofessional. Don’t deliver. Waste of time customer service

I ordered on their site multiple times and they never deliver what you order. On top of this, you can buy an item and only once you’ve already bought it do they tell you that it was a pre order. It’s the 18th of November, I have been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks now. Do not order from the Trapstar website at any cost.

Would give 0 stars if i could! Avoid at all costs they steal your money! I sent an item back they received it over 2 weeks ago still no refund or confirmation they’ve even received it! Phone number doesn’t exist, live chat doesn’t exist and emails ignored! Joke of a company just robbing people

If I could put no stars

If I could put no stars, then I would have.Made an order on the 5th October of £480, STILL HAVEN’T SENT OUT THE ORDER!!! Customer service are as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. “We’ll get back to you in 48 hours” would have got a quicker reply via a pigeon. Absolute scam! Thanks for taking my money and not sending the clothes xo

Refund not received

Sent a return that was recorded and tracked and was received on 8th September. No response from the company despite me sending 6-7 emails chasing the refund. I am now having to raise a dispute via my credit card company (thank goodness I didn’t pay by debit card!) to get the money back. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could give zero stars for this disgrace of a company. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, emailed them and they said allow 48 hours for a response, 4 days and 3 further emails later demanding my money back, still have heard nothing. Disgusting customer services, am now realising that this website is a scam! Avoid at all costs!!!

ZERO if i could ordered 2 items 16th october, its now 6th november and still my items havent arrived, no number to call it says unavavailable, noone replies to email and live chat dont exist, avoid at all costs and save your money, it seem to me they are going bust!

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service! I made an order on the 19/09/25 and I still haven’t received it they don’t email back no one answers you on the live chat the contact number doesn’t work! I’m now nearly a month later and still haven’t received my items I now will contact my bank to try and get my money back trapstar shouldn’t be able to trade this is awful service

I contacted their customer support at least five times, and despite their promise to reply “within 48 hours,” no one ever responded — not in 48 hours, not even in a week.Their so-called customer service exists only for show — it’s completely useless. They don’t care about their customers at all. Thankfully, I managed to get my money back through PayPal, but it’s honestly the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.Trapstar, if you can’t handle basic communication or respect the people who trust your brand, you don’t deserve those customers. Absolutely disappointing.
