Personally I never have a problem with trap star , items always delivered no problem , quality of the items always spot on . If you have a delivery query , I always find one simple DM on Instagram resolves all. 10 out of 10 is my verdict

refuse to give refund

I ordered ONE shirt way before Christmas, it said that it would be delivered about 3-7 working days, it wasn't dispatched even after 15 days and I emailed and they told me to basically 'just wait'. I emailed again asking for a refund, and they have been ignoring my email for a while. Their live customer service chat is always unavaible, never going to be shopping here again.

Replace the first T in Trapstar with a C !!

A popular brand with my teenage son but this company has absolutely no aftercare service whatsoever.When they can be bothered to answer the phone they sound like you're interrupting them while they sit chewing their gum on the other end of the line.They don't listen and cannot comprehend what you are saying to them and have no ability to deal with a formal complaint.Received another customers order and even after returning this with the carrier i still have not received my order weeks on. Oh and they tell bare faced lies !I will be obtaining my refund through a Paypal dispute.Mikey Trapstar you are lucky to have such a popular brand, sort your aftercare out !!

5 weeks and still no items received. After making complaint after complaint they have said item no longer in stock!! Why the hell fid you take my money then!!

Not a long enough return time over Christmas to return faulty clothing

Bought my son so many things from these but after this I will not be ordering again. Apparently their return policy for Christmas is anything from the start on December up til 11th January but I bought my son a hoodie the end of November and expecting it would be ok it wasn’t. Hole in the shoulder and frayed pull string. This isn’t good enough Trapstar especially with a pandemic going on

Please don't order from this company, I received goods but wasnt happy with the way it fitted, returned by recorded delivery and getting on for 2 wks still waiting for my refund of £160, absolutely disgusting13.1.2021 and still waiting, no response to all my emails or my voice mails as they never answer phone, dont order from them

17 days I’ve been waiting for my items ordered them on the 5 of December for a Christmas present they ignore my emails don’t answer the phone and when I can contact them they say they will keep me updated and then never get back to me they send me emails about their promotions like I want to see that when my stuff still isn’t here 17 days later I’ve had faster shipments from America horrible horrible service

Honestly after reading all of the reviews i was a bit nervous to order. I mean damn, people were saying their orders hadn't arrived. My order came within 2 working days and i have no complaints at all tbh. I think that the bad reviews might be from people that ordered from either the wrong site or a third party website. Idk tho. I would buy it again
