After reading all the bad reviews here, I was really doubting if I should order from here but I did. I received my order within 2 days which is really nice, because I live in The Netherlands so it wasn’t expected at all. Also the quality is like the pictures. My compliments for you guys. 👏

100% recommend the company. Big thank you to Tia at Trapstar Customer Service. I had an enquiry about a particular item and within 24 hours, she had emailed me back, called the production manager about it, and phoned me giving all the information I needed. Items themselves come with great quality and great delivery.

This company shouldn’t be running anymore! They have to work on their staff!! Sending parcels with missing half what I ordered, then when I contact them they tryna lie !!

I am disgusted with the service I have…

I am disgusted with the service I have recieved or lack of it!I ordered a jumper for my sons 18th birthday at the beginning of July. No top arrived and I have still not received my money reinburst to me. I would NEVER use this site again and certainly would NEVER encourage friends to purchase from them, it's disgusting service! Still waiting for my money to be returned?!

Trapstar is a good clothing brand but has shocking service!

Trapstar is a very good clothing line however it has a shocking customer service and delivery service. Firstly the delivery is £5! And it takes up to 2 weeks to receive it also, I wasn’t even sent a notification or email to tell me if the item was on the way. Even worse one of my item’s was missing and I was told I would be given a refund which I called customer service and I was told I would be given credit and this would be emailed to me. 4 days pasted I received nothing and I called again and I was told I would receive at the end of the day. Guess what I still have yet to receive an email I hope someone from the company sees this because this is shocking and very frustrating!

Got charged more in store than the…

Got charged more in store than the products were online by paod 175 when should have been 156 and my face mask broke after a week as the metal is really weak. but the shirt and short set in candystripe is fire also love the make and how it originated so 4 stars until people especially who work in the brum store gain better customer service and not seem like there overly depressed lol kep the quality products coming 👍

It’s a shame I’m having to write this review, I really do like Trapstar but I just feel as if it’s easier for me to buy through Selfridges who do not have the full range. Where do I start with Trapstar .. they don’t really tell you a delivery time, they don’t answer their phones which is two mobile numbers on their website, once you receive your order after 2/3 months there’s items missing .. you ring again no answer you! I had to dispute the payment on my card for me to be partially refunded the amount of the missing item. Absolutely ridiculous. This company could be HUGE only if they were more reliable.

I ordered a jumper and T Shirt that unfortunately I had to send back as did not fit. It has been over 3 weeks now and still no refund of the £140 despite several emails and unanswered phone calls. Will not be using this company again and would warn other customers of the poor service
