This company’s customer service is shabby. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and not delivered. Never respond to emails, messages, never answers the phone and now the website is down😡 I can’t get through to anyone for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from this company. It’s a shame.
I’ve ordered on the 4th of December it’s now the 16th I’ve still had no email saying anything about the items getting dispatched, I’ve also emailed you and you said to allow 48hr hours on my reply so I did, and I’ve still go no reply. Everytime I’ve rung Trapstar their is no one ever available to take my call I’m not sure what to do
Been buying from Trapstar for years now, various items such as t shirts, hoodies, caps in store pop up shop & online. Got to say the quality of the clothing has gone right down. The materials are just not what they used to be. Follow the washing instructions and they still deteriorate after a week. They’re just not worth the money. Last item I bought was the Scarface collab hoody and the print had just faded off after 2 weeks. So disappointing. You can get much better quality elsewhere.
i ordered a tracksuit on the 2nd of december it had said to me 2-7 days it is now the 13th and i need it for the 18th . good clothes but not good customer service or delivery service i understand they might be abit busy as of christmas but every other clothing brand/store are keeping on top of there delivery's
Ordered and paid for delivery £5.95 for 3-7days delivery - long enough to wait as most companies deliver next day.Anyway, haven’t had any email to say it’s dispatched and it’s the 8th day tomorrow so I want my delivery charge back and If they can’t fulfil my order then give me MY money back.Order number TS375782
I have never wrote a review before, but Trapstar honestly has the worst customer service I have ever received. I shouldn’t even say received, as I have sent 2 emails and heard nothing from them! I placed my order more than a week ago now, and have heard nothing from them. Emailed, contacted their Instagram page and even rang the number they have available; no response. Absolutely dreadful customer service and I will never be ordering from them again.
