Placed a 3 orders in May End of June I’d received just 2 items Constant emailing back and forth not getting anywhere In July finally received few more items At start of August I finally received all but one of my items that I ordered A £45 T-shirt Iv asked for a refund Iv contacted every way possible an nothing no response Love the style of clothing but ordering from America and Italy is quicker delivery than Trapstar . Constantly email with offers but fail to get back to customers I’m £45 down now and will no longer be a customer

I bought a decoded camo hooded hoodie…

I bought a decoded camo hooded hoodie with S size. It was sent after a month which is a bit late but after getting sent it came in like 4 days. When it came the size and everything was fine. Material on the hoodie is very good but I think it could be more soft but it's still good. The hood is a bit too big tho. I recommend it.

Avoid ordering from this company

Avoid ordering from this company. There is no communication after purchase. The website claims delivery takes 14 days, and I understand there may be delays extending it to 14–22 days. However, I placed my order on April 1st, and as of today, May 9th, I still haven't received anything. Do not order from here, they will take your money and deliver nothing in return. DO NOT ORDER FROM TRAPSTAR.

Not what they make out

You know what I thought I’d give this ago I orderd a top and a tracksuit the top i didn’t have a problem with the top orderd that the 29th of April and came in the 1st orderd the tracksuit the same day I did the top and it’s been a week since now it’s the 7th of may I go on and check the tracksuit and it comes up saying website don’t exist so poor for a “so called business” £120 down the drain never seeing that again nor the tracksuit won’t be buy from here again
