Unfortunately I have to make a negative review. I pre ordered the basketball jersey set and a T shirt. The delivery window has come and gone and I still haven’t received my order. I messaged to find out about this order and another pre order for a windbreaker. They didn’t reply back but immediately after I sent the email they sent out the windbreaker, but still no news on my first order. So I emailed again and STILL no reply. I genuinely like this brand, the come up story and I’ve brought items in the past with no problems. I think it might just be staffing issues and hope they fix this.

The worst customer service no one never replied ordered on 29 june and today is 17 july still haven’t dispatched my order and takes ages to reply to 1 email if it was possible i would give them -0 stars.

now I am happy after sending an email Lee from trpstar called me to make things right and to make sure my order got sorted out and send to me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thanks mate much appreciated and all in time for me to fly on holiday!

Soo to the people that are struggling to get their money back from these money grabbers!! Go to you bank and ask for the refund!! Ive done it Trapstar will never be the same used to be really big now they've got to big for them selves.

Trapstar basically rob me for £90. I ask for a refund they said it would be 7/10 day working days. Today is the 10th day now and I haven't received my refund. Stay far way from these scam

Never recieved my refund

Ordered 4 pieces and waited over a month when set dispatch was seven days maximum, applied for a refund and never ever got it back, tried to get through to them multiple times about this and never get anything back or comformation. Terrible customer service and downright scammers.I will attempt to sue.

HORRIFIC COMPANY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIFIC RESPONSE TIMES TO EMAILS PLACED AN ORDER 28th may 2025 today is 3rd July 2025 n I still didn’t receive my order (that btw was bits for my sons birthday) have emailed their customer service god knows how many times just to be ignored! seems like the only person in customer service is Fabian n he’s clearly over worked, as at this point in time he doesnt even reply to my complaints just STRAIGHT AIR he must have 5 emails from me that he didn’t even think should get a reply. THEY BASICALLY SOLD ME ITEMS THEY CLEARLY DIDNT EVEN HAVE WHICH WERE PAID FOR THEN HAVE THE CHEEK TO SAY THEY ARE ON THE WAY….where from I wonder china maybe I did actually ask and again obvs got ignored. All I can say is don’t waste your time or money it’s not worth the headache
