I have ordered from them before and received orders very quickly. Now I see what everyone has been saying. I honestly think they scam to pay their bills by getting money out of your account when they know they aren't going to ship. I've waited a month and a half for my last order. They gave excuses. Then ignored me. Then they just offered me an extra store voucher nor a refund. I took the voucher because I doubt they will give me a refund in less than a month. I've experienced this before. The owners spend all their money on moissanote fake diamonds and cars to show off on Instagram when they obviously can't cover their business expenses. Plus they don't care. Now I know why they cover their faces. If you live in the US like I do, don't order their clothes. British are knockoffs of hoods here in the US anyways. I'm not sweating the money. I just don't like being played. Don't order from Trapstar, you'll thank me! I ordered from them 3/31/25. Still nothing
This company is a shiiittt company, they think they are bad. In 2025, what order takes 12-15 days to deliver, worst part is it doesnt deliver. Without any reasoning, they will refund you £5.45, and keep the rest of your money and what you order. I want to set up a boxing match with owner or a representative. Email me @trapstar lets make it happen, theive stars more like.
Would give no stars if possible. Ordered two items, sizing poor so had to return. No return paperwork in package so went online and downloaded returns form which prints with return address. Returned goods. Received notification from Royal Mail that return PO Box no longer exists. I have spent almost three months now trying to get refund as I don't feel at fault here. I neither have the goods nor the money. Despite advising them of the incorrect returns address online this is still a live link today, so many more may fall into the same Trap(star). Simply cannot believe in this day an age that a UK based company can provide such a disappointing service. Even more appalling they they do not respond to emails. Do not buy from them.
Ordered clothes on April 24th and as of the 15th of May, I still haven't received nothing. Customer service is non existent. The chat bot doesn't work, just tells you to wait for an agent who never comes. I will be reporting them for fraud and getting my money back.
Orders my stuff 4 weeks ago havmt got it still when I spoke to customer service they said its not in stock how can they sell stuff they don't have and tell me I just have to wait and said they will wave shipping fee what a joke I don't care about shipping I care about my stuff just gos to show can never trust a company started in the hood
This company needs reporting. I've ordered. No communication. No tracking. No order. No one replies to chat bot. Both contact numbers say number not in use. I thought such a popular Brand cant be any issues. Silly me didn't read the reviews. Absolutely a scam
I very rarely leave reviews good or bad. However, this company has been by far the worst I have dealt with for both customer service, updates and blatant disregard for customer experience. Order placed on the 19th April with a despatch time of 7-12 working days for my son who was going on holiday. It’s now the 13th May and apparently it’s still preparing to despatch. I phoned the number on the order receipt and the number was apparently out of service. Online there’s a mobile (rang out and messages ignored). I eventually received a response on the 8th may saying this “ 7 May 2025, 18:24 BSTHello sorry we have been having some delays with our orders, I can guarantee your item will arrive soon.What an absolute joke. Do not use this company they are scammers. 6 weeks to get money back from the bank or wait another month to get a t shirt I paid for almost a month ago. Lose loseTRAPSTAR LONDON - UTTER SCAM
