AVOID! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two T-shirts and only one top arrived. I didn’t order from a pre order and when ordering it said 9-12 days. I ordered my parcel on the 2nd June it’s now the 1st July. I contacted them several times for an update as I’m about to travel and tried to use their online chat option but have gotten no response. How can such an “established” brand have a such a terrible system and under 2 star ratings? Reading the reviews put me off even more just seems like a scam. Definitely would go though the bank and report it
Really disappointed to read other recent reviews and realise they have all had similar experiences to myself......I am a West Londoner and have teenagers so have supported the brand for many years,I have placed several orders previously and had NO issues (Aside from long delivery times) but still received my items.This was the case until 2 months ago, I placed a large order on the 1st of July, I got part of the order after 3 weeks and to date I am still awaiting the remainder (Mystery box- Size M).I obviously didn't learn my lesson and because I had received part of my order and they sent me a 25% discount code I made the Grave mistake of placing another Bigger order, teenagers Birthday and Exam results gifts, this order was supposed to arrive the 31st July 2025, to date NOTHING!I have sent over 5 emails (NO RESPONSE),Tried to call, the telephone number doesn't work, and the online chat NEVER puts you through to a real person!This is absolutely disgusting, a teenagers Birthday ruined and with Results next week and still no response, I fear it will be another celebratory occasion ruined!I have always tried to support Local Brands and Black run/owned businesses but my recent experiences have left me disappointed and I've lost complete faith in the brand, I will NOT be ordering from them again and if I haven't heard from them by Friday 15th August, I'll be raising a dispute with my bank for a refund!Disgusting customer service 😒
Placed an order on the 28th of May for my holiday on the 1st of July. Received half of the parcel and still not been updated on the rest. Tried to contact multiple times by email and no one has replied. I also went onto live chat and still no answer. Really disappointing and makes me wonder how they are still going as a business as there are so many complaints about there deliveries. Quick enough to take your money then take months to send.
Waste of time. Ordered an item on 5th june, preorder details said dispatch by the 19th. 27th june no update. Order still says "unfulfilled" on my account. That "Shop" app they use to track the order is absolutely pointless too. Their number for customer service is disconnected, they don't respond to e-mails, live chat queries or social media messages either so good luck chasing them down for even a simple update on your purchase.Don't waste your money, if you want Trapstar garments you are better off buying off a reseller. These man are running a global brand like a Temu listing.
My son really wanted a trap star coat as a reward for getting good results I ordered one and it never came and the company did not respond to my emails there is no contact number that you can actually speak to anyone on, luckily I paid through PayPal and got all my money back but I am hugely disappointed at what a irresponsible company this is ! Do not order from them it is just a waste of time and energy
If I could give them a 0 I would. I am extremely disappointed with the service. My nephew placed an order in May that has never arrived, and despite contacting them five times, he received no response. To make matters worse, a bag he bought last year for £75 arrived broken, and again contacted on number of occasion and no response. Their customer service is awful. I strongly advise against buying from them.
I placed an order well over 3 weeks ago and the item has not been shipped. I have sent numerous amount of emails, which has been ignored and the reason I know it has been ignored, was because when I initially asked for a refund for another item which I had purchased, it was refunded without much interaction though.I have contacted via online chat which no one even responds on. It is really unprofessional to be such a global organisation and treat customers like this. It is actually taking advantage.Will not be ordering online every again. To this date, no response and item still not been delivered.
Been a regular customer for many years never had an issue until recently when I ordered a few bits for holiday. Waited over a week and nothing arrived so I tried talking to the chatbot but was never no reply. Tried sending over 10 emails in the next consecutive days with no replies nothing. I messaged on all social media platforms where I finally got a reply after 4 weeks. It never even had an apology or anything. They said it was a pre order for the items I had selected so I opted for a refund which has now taken over 10 days and still nothing, I received an email saying refund has been processed but nothing has come into my bank. I don’t get how such a brand has fell off and is concentrating more on advertising on social media then looking after existing customers shame! Giving away free this free that but the amount of unhappy customers I have seen and the brand doesn’t even care?!
