Waited over 20 days for my order and still waiting. Ordered 6/3 and was told it would arrive within 20 days and the tracking number says that it’s still being “prepared”. Customer service don’t respond.$200 down the drain for some garments that I’ll never receive.
Ordered a size M but an XS arrived, which is obviously too small. They kindly said after numerous emails, the Delivery/Pickup driver will collect the coat. He still has not turned up. If i get my refund i will change this review, but this service is NOT acceptable.
Terrible company, do NOT order AVOID!Avoid at all costs, waited weeks and weeks for a item that I ordered for a gift I then emailed for a update on my item to then be told oh sorry due to a stock control error they can not send my item! I had to email them to hear this news! Terrible, still haven’t even got a refund!Do not trust company!0 Stars!
more then 4 weeks waiting with no response on the emails, ordered before and it was shit quality and also took ages to ship and i’m in LONDON, so it’s no point to take that long,other brands don’t do that with their customers so avoid buying with them,this was my last time buying
