order apparently delivered, courier has no proof of this. Trapstar stated its not even been dispatched. tracked order says Sorry your order could not be found please contact us. Emails get ignored and instagram message they read and don't respond. will be requesting money back from bank and making a fraud claim!

I had the same experience as many people explained on here.Ordered an item 18 April, was advised on the way, never arrived. Advised having supplier problems. Asked for refund... no response.Contacted bank mid-May, as paid via credit card. Sent evidence for dispute of all correspondence - I screened shot online chat, all emails sent, no contact, etc.Money received within 3 days and an email from trapstar stating refund issued.If you've paid by credit card, whether through Google Pay etc, see if you've got Section 75, although the rule states items over £100, mine was £87 and they still refunded me.

Do not order!

Do not order!! Placed order on 13th April as a birthday present for my son. I’ve chased order multiple times to be told there is a logistics delay, checked out with shop pay which states company are still “preparing order” charged £6.99 delivery, it’s now 10th may and order is nowhere to be seen. Uk based company, delivery from door to door should take no longer than a few days. Almost doubled the 14 days advised timescale.

Poor customer service

Foolish enough to give this brand another chance- item received on time etc but it’s not remotely the colour shown on the website. I now have to pay £8 to return a product that doesn’t match its sales description. Trapstar seems consistently lazy in its service levels- feels like they’re screwing the brand into the ground as they know its lifespan is limited.

AVIOD!!!!

Ordered a pre order set which stated on the website that it will be released within 2week. Noticed they took the money and didnt send confirmation on tracking. Contacted the team via emal no one replied , Instagram the team no one replied.Waited a month then messaged then again , finally got a response via email. Email stated the item date has been pushed forward until next month . At this point I wasn't even notified. Waited another month which makes 2month item still didn't arrive. At this point I realise they have just scammed me for over £100. 3month later the team has no made via Instagram message that they don't even know what's going on with this item i have paid for.False advertisements is a scam!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering

Ordered 5th April 2025. Stated dispatch time of 7-12 days. Still showing as preparing shipment on the Shop app. No replies to emails. Get a better level of customer service from Ebay sellers. It is only going from London to Nottingham how can it take this long today is the 26.04.25. I have purchased items outside of the UK that have arrived quicker! Now worried I have lost £95.00 and my 14 yo Grandson will be the one missing out as it was his Easter gift and I can't fork out again and he ends up with nothing.

Would rate it 0 if I could, had the wrong return address on their website, so my item got sent back to post office and got lost, trapstar refusing to take ownership for their mess up, so now I get no refund.

Trapstar take your money but do not fufill orders- AVOID

Son ordered a t shirt for a friends birthday on 03rd April 2025. As of today the t-shirt has still not arrived (friends birthday has come and gone). Trapstar have ignored 3 emails. A teenage boys money wasted. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs.
