If I could go less than one star I would. The communication is so poor it’s really letting your company down. Don’t believe the 7 to 13 working days on delivery. I waited a month and a half for my order. I didn’t receive part of my order only to be told a long time after that a stock rotation error meant I wouldn’t get something. I had to write continuous emails trying to get answers. Wasn’t given an option to replace the item was told I’m getting a refund. Because it was a company error I didn’t get no extras nothing. What makes me laugh at the same time I ordered off trapstar I ordered my new passport. That came a lot sooner than clothes did. Trapstar need to step up there game because you’ll loose customers. And judging by previous reviews I think it says a lot !!!!
Same problems as other reviewers; I placed an order end of May and it has never arrived. I am really disappointed.. they have automated contact us page but they do not provide with any valuable information as to when you will receive your items or the status of my order. Never buy again from them
Same as everyone else, I ordered a month ago, and still haven’t recieved anything. No reply to emails. Their phone number is incorrect. Unfortunately I paid with debit card, I fear I have been scammed for £140.Really sad as this was for my sons Birthday. He has been through a lot due to my cancer treatment, and now he has nothing. Im very upset.
Back in February to March I had a frustrating experience with Trapstar. No updates, no delivery for over a month, and I eventually had to cancel my order. I was honestly put off and wasn’t planning to order again.But something told me to give them another shot and I’m glad I did. I placed an order on a Tuesday night and was shocked to see it delivered by Thursday morning. Practically next day delivery. That’s a massive improvement compared to before.It feels like they’ve really stepped up their game. Quick service, no issues, and the item was exactly what I expected. Trapstar definitely redeemed themselves with this one.
Do NOT order from "Trapstar dot uk dot com" they are clearly a scam company. I paid £90 for a jacket via Paypal. You initially get a basic receipt email - then nothing. No further communication, no tracking details, the email address on the website is invalid so all emails bounce back. I was suspicious when the Paypal Transaction came up as "Darryl Winstone" rather than Trapstar..Messenger messages are ignored. I managed to find a telephone number and whatsapp'd them and all he says is "call Paypal" "call Paypal"..They have no intention of sending my item out. Please do not order from this SCAM company
