I didnt recieve my mystery box

I didnt recieve my mystery box, the £150 box said you get ‘puffer,hoodie, sweatshirt and tshirt, the £225 box says ‘puffers,hoodies,sweatshirts,t shirts and accessories’ £225 box all had a ‘s’ at the end which indicates you get more than one and in £150 box it has no ‘s’ which indicates you get one of each. It also says you get £400+ in the £225 box. I only recieved 4 items, a puffer, hoodie, t shirt and a beanie all adding up to around £275 Either i haven’t received my actual mystery box yet and the items i got comes for free WITH the mystery box as it says on my order summary, or its literally propaganda! No one had got back to me yet its been 6 days…

My son ordered the script tracksuit…

My son ordered the script tracksuit costing £150 when received it seem to be a good quality but just after 1 cold wash and air dry it has shrunk! We also ordered to decided puffer jacket costing £215. DPD left this on my door step even though I clearly state not to and to put over back gate or any neighbour! It wasn’t on my door step when I got home! It has now been 5 weeks and no further forward on a resolution for a refund or replacement! DPD say trapstar need to sort it and trapstar says I need to wait on DPD! Now trapstar are just ignoring me! It’s such a shame that what could be a really good company is letting its self down with the customer service..

Quality.I bought a full-speed tracksuit and when it came the quality wasn't satisfactory.It seemed fake and cheap. It seems like a good brand and I see a lot of people wearing it so I was surprised with the quality. Also my order arrived late.

Scammers

Scammers, beware before ordering. Thread below.Ordered both the trapstar 15kg (£500 retail) and 8kg (£225 retail) mystery box in one order which I ordered on 28/1/25, the 8kg mystery box came quick and had no issues, however the 15kg mystery box still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is shocking to say the least no one has replied within 6 weeks (since 16th February 2025). Tried to chargeback via my credit card and the gave the proof of delivery of the 8kg parcel and somehow won the case. Have sent over more information to my credit card provider & hopefully win this case.Fix this issue asap, already been 2+ months now.

Returning & refunds

Returning and item to get a refund is way to long and expensive, I had to pay nearly £15 out of my own money to return my jacket with Royal Mail tracked. Iv also had to contact trapstar 2/3 times for you to actually process my refund and find out what is going on. It says it will take 10 days to receive a refund but it’s been 13/14 days and iv only just had an email back to say my refund has been processed… You could do with upgrading the return system with evri codes or drop off points to save hassle, expense's & better reply’s…!

No explanation as to why they cancelled my order

Order on the 15th January for my partners birthday items, didn’t realise the items I’d ordered where only for pre-order and wouldn’t be dispatched until after 24th January. Never heard anything after ordering and couldn’t track my order with the tracking number given either, emailed the customer service to find out where my order was on the 25th January and they explained my items were pre order items and would be shipped after 24th January and could take 9-12 working days. Then I recieved an email that went to my junk folder and didn’t see it until 1 day later saying my order was cancelled but still haven’t been refunded. Not happy at all do not buy from them unless you want to be messed around.

Ordered a tracksuit nearly a month ago…

Ordered a tracksuit nearly a month ago and they still haven’t shipped it. Heard nothing from them about it. Think it’s pretty muggy of a massive company like trapstar to be scamming their customers. Not sure how they’re getting away with it.

Terrible company

Terrible company! Stay well clear! Ordered a tracksuit for my son for Xmas on 16th Dec 2024. Delivery was meant to be 3-5 days. Received the tracksuit bottoms on 24th Dec, but still have not received the hoody! No telephone number to contact them directly, and no response to any of my emails. No option to pay via Paypal, so paid online with my visa card. Have phoned Barclays today to raise a dispute & visa chargeback to try and get my money back. Companies like this should be closed down!
