Waited over 4 weeks for my stuff to arrive, was told that one of my items wasn't even in their warehouse yet and that I couldn't be given an ETA, then received the wrong item in the wrong size. Btw., the things that were expected to arrive were 2 hoodies, I got a singular random a** jacket in 2 sizes smaller. Their customer support consists of an email that you can write, where responses always take a day or longer. There is no phone to call.Do yourself a favor. and do not order here.
Trapstar products are shocking quality for things that cost a huge amount of money.Really hard to get a replacement or refund. £289 coat, zip broke within a week. Stitching came apart within months.Bag - buckle broke within a week of using.
Avoid avoid avoid! Tried to place an order but it kept saying we couldn’t verify your bank details. Couple of times it went through but declined, still took money from account. Then it went through but I didn’t receive an email. Woke up this morning no email and the money is back in my account. Clearly judging by others reviews they’re not to be trusted!
Ordered a £150 tracksuit, dpd “ delivered” it apparently yet it was left outside my block of big flats so it was stolen! Trapstar and dpd said it was successfully delivered so refusing to communicate or refund me, literally avoid like the plague as judging by other reviews they do this a lot No tracksuit and no refund Shocking company
Returned my order and haven’t got my money back It’s been 10 DAYS do not buy from this company horrible customer service too I will never buy from here again ! TERRIBLE 🤬 no replies only reply was it takes up to 10 days what a joke….
I ordered a tracksuit for my daughter for Christmas. The sizing of the top was completely wrong so I returned back . I chased by email confirmation and was told finally that my refund would take 3- 7 working days. No refund to be seen, ignoring my emails. I have sent many asking what's happening . DO NOT BUY FROM 150 POUNDS OUT OF POCKET - UPDATE 21st Feb still no refund and ignoring my emails . DO NOT ORDER from here.
