Terrible customer service. A top I got for my son for Christmas did not fit. The item was not true to size and was tiny for an XXL. I contacted them numerous times via email (3 times) and webchat (4 times) to ask if I could return for a refund or exchange, never received a reply to any. I therefore returned the item with tracking ant a cost and still have not received the refund over 10 days from when they received the item back. Now received an email saying they will not refund or replace and that I have to arrange for the item to be collected from them by a trusted courier. I have spent a lot of money in the past with Trapstar and placed 3 orders over the Christmas period at a cost of over £350. I will not order again and Trapstar you have lost a valued customer. I have also not received promotional items that were included in some clothing bought in December under a CRG collaboration. I warn anyone about ordering from Trapstar.
Don’t even bother buying from them, always problems with sending out clothing. You buy it says it’s in stock then wait a week and not a single email when you try to email them they won’t answer. When it comes to returns forget about your money cuss they don’t care even if you send the clothes back. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Embarrassing.
DON’T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!IT’S A SCAM!!!! I made a purchase 2 days ago and today they sent me an email saying that there is an error with my order even though the received my money. I sent an email to their support team asking for a refund and no answer at all. I will never purchase again from this company! It’s clearly a fraud. THEY GOT MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED!!!
I learned about the trapstar company not long ago and became interested in their products. At first I was afraid to place an order because of the reviews. In the end I ordered a jacket. The package was sent to me one day after I placed the order and it arrived within a week. I received the package and there were no problems, as for the quality of the jacket, I can say that it is an 8/10. Now I'm already on my second order and I hope everything goes just as well. I recommend you to be careful with fake sites to avoid any kind of scams.
Placed an £202 order, waited home all day on expected delivery day yet never received it! Emailed several times and customer service was shocking, closing my investigation as DPD said they left it in a safe place??? I was home all day!!!Maria needs sacking!!!Will never order again, better off going to Türkiye to buy the copies!!!
WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. ORDERED HOODIE AND TROUSERS AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE HOODIE AND WOULD GIVE ME A VOUCHER. BEEN ABOUT TWO WEEKS RECEIVED NO VOUCHER AND BARELY REPLY TI MY EMAILS. RETURNED TROUSERS AND NO VOUCHER FOR THAY EITHER. NOBODY TO TALK TO.
