Review Time
Ordered a hoodie, a week later no update so I emailed if there’s an issue to which they responded why there was a delay, shouldn’t I have been notified in the first place rather than me asking where my order is. Considering I’ve spent a lot this is the customer service I have to deal with.
Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I ordered 3 T-shirts on the 5th of September and have only received them today on the 1st of November. After about 2 weeks I reached out to them. They didn’t respond so I emailed again and got in contact with a lady who said that one of my items was as pre ordered so they were waiting for that item to become available to send the order entirely. Okay, understandable but I checked the items description and there was nothing to say that it was a pre order. The lady also asked if I wanted to split the order in two and get the available products now. Which of course I agreed to. Nonetheless that promise was not fulfilled 😂. Finally, after 2 months of waiting I’ve received my order and it’s absolute cr*p. The fitting is awful. It would be ideal for maybe someone 6’1 and very skinny as it’s very long in the body and sleeve but very tight on the torso. I am 6’1 with a muscular build and probably about 14% body fat and the tees just look stupid on my. Not to mention, the prints are not nearly as clear as depicted on the website. If you look up the company owners, it makes perfect sense why this is such an abysmally run operation. Such a shame. I will never ever do business with this company again
Okey so I done 2 orders from trapstar spending around £150 for my son for Christmas... then I read the reviews and I'm not gonna lie I panicked. I contacted them and asked when I should receive my orders as they said unfulfilled they came back with it takes 9-12 days for delivery so I waited. Them days had passed and I contacted them again I got refunded the delivery on both orders and I had a reply stating that some items were not in stock at the moment and they could not give me a date. So I asked for my orders to be cancelled and my money refunded. They did exactly what I asked. So although I didn't end up getting my orders I believe alot of the reviews are alittle harsh. Yes delivery takes a long time and I had to cancel my order as they couldn't give me a date but the communication was there it does state it can take up to 48 hours on working days and I got my refunds 2 days after my cancellation on 1 order and the other took 3 days. Personally I would not order online again from them but I would go into store any buy. I've definitely learnt to read reviews before buying now as 2 weeks ago after ordering then reading the reviews I felt sick to my stomach and I thought I would never see my £150 again. But I did so it all turned out OK in the end.
