Terrible customer service, DPD left my parcel over a tiny gate on a busy road, no signature and my parcel wasn’t there when I got home, Trapstar won’t help in the slightest and couldn’t care less that I’m £250 down, will have to contact my bank, joke of a company
Absolutely terrible service. Cancelled my order for no reason even though they still had it in stock, 0 communication after countless emails have been sent. Ordered a T shirt about a week and a bit ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Awful customer service and they do not reply to your emails, DONT BUY FROM TRAPSTAR unless u want to be let down and chasing around your purchased ‘goods’
I’ve ordered a few times from the proper website! every ordered came with very fast delivery aswell and all the clothing was very good quality aswell so don’t let negative comments put you off. Also just ordered a mystery box again today 💫 also I love what they are doing with the youths giving them giveaways 🫶
Order with Klarna so you are protected! No communication, ordered 38 days ago dispatch was meant to be “2-3” days and haven’t had an update since the order confirmation. Emailed 5 times over the space of a week with no response. Awful company will never buy with them again! How they can release new drops with hundreds of orders not sent out is shocking! Unless you want to be chasing them for weeks for your order i wouldn’t bother with this company UPDATE: Had an email today and they’ve cancelled my order with no reason
Honestly, this is poor from Mikey and the rest of the Trapstar team. How can you have a mulitmilion dollar company and yet still can’t ensure customers are happy. It feels like a scam I placed an order and it took 2 weeks for them to say they have received my package not the shipping info. I have asked for a refund and they process it and they have cancelled it. Honestly is all a scam be weary
