20th of August I ordered a tracksuit for my sons birthday. I payed off first,and I made a research about the recommendations. I was scared because 8 out of 10 customer didn't receive their order. Today, 22nd of August 1pm and I hold the tracksuit in my hands. Very well packed,there is not a single tiny hole on the bag. The material of the tracksuit looks quality feels like quality. And it looks very cool and stylish stuff 😎 I'm sure my son will be very happy. So I'm glad I ordered first. Thanks Trapstar london
This company is a complete joke. Been trying to get hold of someone via live chat / this gets ignored. I have emailed numerous times to Customer Service again Ignored. Went through Resolver Complaints annnnd again I’ve been ignored. Just the same email asking for more details. Which I’ve sent 6 times now. Zero status on order and delivery ? Funny how the order was received and took my money. Very quick in that lol but Since the 18/08/2024 NOTHING ????No status or information on delivery times. Sitting totally in the dark wondering where n when my son’s items will be here? Crapstar are able to spam me silly though with silly updates on email to win free delivery. Every day I’m getting these also promising shipment within 2/3 days?!? So ironic and untrue! More false info. This was money my Son had for his birthday. This is a company that take but do not deliver ! Still holding out hope that a miracle may happen before I get in touch with Trading Standards. I have ordered from this company over the years and they have always been slow but this is just a blatant mockery of their customers. Shame on you Trapstar. You’ve taken a kids money and not sent his items ! You’ve basically stolen my 15 year olds birthday money. Disgusting behaviour
SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM TRAPSTAR IT IS A TRAP!!!!! They take your money and don’t sent you the goods then try and make you prove that something is missing and when you can’t as you’d literally be sending a picture of thin air they shut the case down and call you liar all while still holding your money!!! Disgusting customs service STAY AWAY!!!!!
Got my delivery to Sweden 1 1/2 weeks after ordering. I didn’t get an order confirmation on email, and the link I got on sms didn’t work, but the package arrived and my son is happy with his new T-shirts.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are for?I didn't receive a confirmation email and wasn't sure if that was my fault or the companies but I got a response back within 24 hours and they were extremely helpful. As some of my parcel is pre-order it wasn't going to come on time for someone's birthday, so they separated my parcel for me. Even though their dispatch times say 9-12 days, this was sorted yesterday and my parcel is expected tomorrow.So I would ignore the bad reviews around shipping and everything else as it's not true. I got the red and black windbreaker thing and I was great! There’s a lot of haters and I don’t understand it, allow people to wear what they want! I think it looks good and fit in well with my style outfit Apparently on the tracksuits there’s been a shrinking problem. I wouldn’t know. Great product would buy again (not a bot review)
Love the brand! Ordered all the way from Bulgaria(Europe). I didn't pay any custom taxes and the package was delivered by UPS. Will order again for sure! It arrived in Bulgaria the next day, from United Kingdom to Bulgaria for 1 day is just crazy.I ordered a tracksuit and it comes with an amazing quality :)! Trapstar are doing their thingy, lot of haters doe.
I placed an order on 20/06/24 and I still have not received it. I have sent emails which I have had no response from. Disgusting customer service. I know someone who had the exact same issue! Do not order from these people they take your money and do not send your items!!!!
