Review Time
In terms of quality, I expected better for a 385$ puffer jacket. Not even one month and there's loose strings everywhere. I also recently came back to the website and saw it discounted to 140$ instead of 400$. I feel lowballed, as I paid 2-3 times the price for this jacket. Material not worth the price, if you buy trapstar it's just for the brand.
The products are usually fine however recently i have ordered a black puffer jacket and i must say it is the worst quality jacket i have ever owned. The stitching on the jacket is a botch job with threads coming out everywhere and white puff from inside the jacket showing through because it is put together horribly. The overall material feel of the jacket isn't great. I would 100% avoid any sort of jackets/coats from here.
Ordered 3 items 30 Dec - emailed their Support/Customer Services to cancel/refund one of the items before they were dispatched. Was asked to provide all the details.....then nothing!! Ended up receiving the item I wanted to cancel. Since then, I have been unable to access my account and when I click on the view my order - it says the webpage has issues or has permanently moved. I have emailed their Support about 10 times and no-one is getting back to me, just tried chat bot...no-one comes on there either. Got another email from them asking me to give all my details, supplied them, as yet still nothing! Now stuck with an expensive unwanted item.
On December 26, 2024, I placed an order with Trapstar London but did not receive the confirmation email mentioned in their FAQs, which state: “An order confirmation email will be sent a few minutes after your purchase.” Concerned about this, I reached out to their support team via email on the same day. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from them, and as of January 3, 2024, there has been no update on my order or confirmation email. Thankfully, I used PayPal for the transaction, which allows me to request a refund easily. A word of caution: AVOID PAYING BY CARD on their site—stick to payment methods like PayPal that offer straightforward refund options. Absolutely, horrible service by TrapStar!

Awful service. Do not order. I placed an order on 29th November. I chased multiple times over the last 4 weeks and no response. I reached out to them via email and also the live chat and still no response. Today after contacting them for the 10th time they responded stating my order has been cancelled as the item is out of stock. Shocking service.
Ordered a jacket, hoodie, t-shirt and polo shirt for my son on the 1st December. Arrived today by courier (overseas). Have been really concerned that nothing was going to arrive having read all of the negative reviews. Not sure what everyone is on about. They delivered when they said they would and the quality of all of the clothes was excellent! Thank you! My son will be well pleased 😁
After reading the reviews- I was in two minds to place an order. My son really wanted a jacket for Christmas so I thought I take the risk. I’m glad I placed the order. Trapstar London kept to their promise that if you order before the 20/12/24 you are guaranteed delivery before Christmas Eve or 50% off the whole order. I place the order on the 19th and have received the delivery this morning. Trapstar London kept me posted with regular emails of tracking details with dpd. Overall I am a very happy customer and my son will be over the moon. The jacket quality is very nice and true to size. Thank you
I placed my order and saw the not-so-good reviews, so I was concerned. Well, my experience has been nothing but excellent. The items arrived the next day! I had to send a couple back as they were too big, and a refund was given within 5 days of the return being received back.
