If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. Stress, time, loss of money constant emails and no response. An upset teenager the list goes on. Completely useless. If anyone can help me please do. I have reported them to several governing bodies, reported theft on my bank account and there really is nothing else I can do. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have also messaged the owner directly and of course no response

TERRIBLE COMPANY

I am in same situation as other people. Tried to make sure legit company checking various things before ordering. Emails and no response. Ordered stuff for my son's 21st birthday don't think I am gonna get it. Tried phoning but number I found said disconnected this had now sent alarm bells. Don't even know if it legit company and can't seem to find out what Trapstar is the real one????DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I am going to speak to bank about it and now going to have a disappointed son on his birthday. If anyone can help I would be so grateful.

Scam

My order from Trapstar London, is marked as delivered by DPD, but I never received it. There was no signature by me or photo proof of the delivery. Despite raising these issues with Trapstar London, they have refused to investigate further or issue a refund, relying solely on DPD’s claim. Unacceptable!

Don’t be fooled by negative reviews!!!!

Saw all these bad reviews and I can’t lie they got to me.. but this is one of those things don’t believe everything you see online!This time round trapstar went above and beyond for me! Thinking about it they have never disappointed.Makes me thing the bad reviews are bots or fakes!Trapstar still on top for me!!!And opinions are like a holes…

Not a good company at all

Not a good company at all. I’m happy I purchase via Klarna as I doubt I would have even got a refund. I ordered something over a month ago now waited 3 weeks to be then told they don’t have it anymore and they’ve cancelled my order and refunded me. However, Klarna has paused the payment and has been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for trapstar to confirm! Never again will I order anything from here!! Can’t get through to no customer service via number, socials or email.

Delivered very quick

I ordered a trapstar bag on their website and it said it would arrive in at least 5 days but instead it came very early in 2-3 days which I am very happy about overall the bag looks good and has perfect quality and nothing wrong with it at all some place for you to shop for the best puffers and bags ong

Super efficient service!

Was extremely skeptical to order after reading these reviews. However, I was really impressed as my order arrived at my address the day after it was placed! All items present. Super efficient service and could track my order throughout the shipping process. Will definitely order again!

Don't bother honestly. They just lie & you'll be out of pocket

I used to love trapstar & worked next door to the Birmingham store when they first opened. I always supported the business for years but I will never shop here again. I received an email to say 'UK orders will be shipped in 2-3 days, if not you will be refunded' I placed two orders & neither were shipping until 7 working days after. I emailed them & was completely ignored. I then received my items far too late for the Birthday presents I needed them for. Obviously I had to post them back now which I had to pay myself and to ship them back cost me £14 as the website states you must select tracked shipping. I not only had to pay £14 to ship them back I also had to pay £5.99 on each order to be shipped out. I had emailed customer service numerous times Disgusted with them as a company & really sad that they have fell this bad.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have placed an order and DPD haven’t delivered the parcel to me. DPD have said Trapstar has to raise a dispute and Trapstar still hasn’t raised a dispute even after they said they have. Contacted DPD twice now and my parcel is still missing. Even DPD know the parcel hasn’t been delivered to me directly.Awful customer service if the issue is not resolved
