At the first day my son worn the trousers he notice the gel name is coming out same happened to the hoodie even when washed according the instructions. He worn once both, hoodie was washed just once according all the instructions. Tried get in touch, horrible service, no replies on chat or email. VERY EXPENSIVE ITEMS POOR QUALITY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Another company that refuses to communicate with customers regarding order placed on 2/12 l have sent many emails and tried the so called on-line chat which is nonsense and non existent to request a status update as l have received no validation of order processing or tracking information l would expect something given my invoice claims dispatch is within 3-5 working days and it's coming from the UK.....
Amazing! I placed my order on the 29th of November right in the middle of a sale and it was delivered the NEXT day! Thank you so much! I was really anxious after ordering, I saw these reviews after and thought great, I won't even have them in time for Christmas and debated cancelling the order. But I thought it's done now its my sons most wanted outfit has been for 2 years but he's been to small to fit into them! This year he turns 12 and the xs fits him! Not perfect the leg has some growing room but doesn't look stupid but he's gonna be made up. Also managed to bag two tracksuits for just over the price of one in the sale. One happy mum! Thank you!
Having purchased many items for my son over the last couple of years and never really had much to complain about other than poor delivery times and questionable quality on some items. I recently had to return a tracksuit costing £195 as the jacket was too short. I ordered the next size up and returned the smaller size as advised on website, I have proof of return and knowledge it was signed for yet I have not yet received my refund nor have they replied to my emails…. Fuming. Will never shop here again.
tbh if you want to get your shipment fast don’t order from them , my issue with them I had to email them a lot about the shipment , also what is weird for me is how i did pay for items but suddenly they send me an email saying is out of stock ?? I never had this issue before and this is unprofessional .Please read reviews before you order from any website , I didn’t check about the website and I struggled a lot.
