Stay away from this company… ordered t shirts that never turned up and was promised a refund over two months ago and still no sign of refund.. I have emailed several times and not even a reply. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Scam you for your money then they ignore you as if it has never happened.!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
So eventhough they have their shipping as 9-12 days, my parcel arrived 4 days after payment to Lithuania. It's my first time ordering from Trapstar, the tracksuit is feeling/looking high quality and it's really warm. Im pretty sure all the bad reviews are coming from very uneducated people that can't tell a difference between a fake website and the official,(yet alone so many comments about people saying 2-3d shipping guarranteed, eventhough official Trapstar doesn't say so). Pretty sad to see such a bad rating for such a good brand on this website. You should be only able to write a review if you have a receipt. Be sure to only buy from the website that is linked at the top of this one.
SCAMMING COMPANY AVOID BY ALL COSTS, ORDER FROM BENJART OR FULLYPAID CLOTHING INSTEAD, THEY ACTUALLY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DONT SCAM THEM.PLACED AN ORDER, ITEMS MISSING,NO SIGN OF REFUND, CONTACTED THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD I AM LYING AND ALL PACKAGES HAVE BEEN DELIVERED.I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO TRADING STANDARDSI FEEL LIKE THE COMPANY HAS GOT INTO FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES.
Absolute joke of a company wouldn’t recommend to anyone orderd a short set for £105 size S the sizing is the worst the hoodie was too big and the shorts were too small I contacted them to find out about the returns I filled out the form and posted it with Royal Mail it then went delivered to there unit I contacted them before it even arrived just letting them know I returned the item and gave them the tracking ID but no one got back to me then it had been about a week since it was delivered I was contacting them so much email after email asking what’s going on and no one got to me I tried there live chat and no one contacted me I emailed them so much but never ever got a response I tried on different email addresses but still no one got back to me after around 2 weeks of waiting and constantly contacting them I got a random email of them telling me it was refunded after that I still haven’t even got a reply on any email it’s a joke

Order was placed in May and finally arrived in August. Had to constantly chase it up with customer service and by the time it was actually dispatched, one of the items was out of stock. Customer service wasn't much help and all they managed to do was refund my delivery fee.
Ordered joggers on the 26th of August for my sons birthday.. 2-3 day guarantee delivery.. Even said you get a FULL refund if the order doesn't get delivered in that time.. Received the order over a week later, after emailing them to see where my order was!! Appaling service and very unprofessional.. Emailed them again to see if I could get a full refund as my order took longer that 2-3 days to be delivered and of course I got no reply.. Wish I would have looked at the reviews first cause I would have steered clear of this terrible company.. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!
