Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Placed order 12th may 24 had email correspondence, if not delivered on 12th working day contact them. Had email saying it's cancelled 😡 fuming disappointed 15 Yr old now, wanted outfit for our holiday . Why leave it do long then cancel? Crap company. Better refund my money asap

Ordered on 11th May - Not despatched 2 weeks later.

Ordered on 11th May, £5.95 for delivery, and I'm still waiting for despatch on the 27th May. Have little hope of getting the T-Shirt and will do a charge back once 11th June comes around. Edit: 10th June and it has FINALLY been dispatched!.

Extremely Disappointed.

If I had read trapstar's reviews, I never would have ordered from them. Ordered a pair of shorts and a t-shirt for my son 1 week ago. No confirmation received. Money taken (of course). I hadn't thought to write down the order number because the confirmation was supposed to follow within minutes of the purchase, right?No way to contact them. You only get to speak to a bot on their website which doesn't help. Only automatic responses to my emails.I have gone to my credit card company because I have absolutely no confidence in this company. I just need to get my £120 back and I will never order from them again.
