Review Time
Don’t know what everyone’s on about, I ordered a tracksuit from them at midnight on Tuesday and I received my order today. I was definitely not expecting this after looking at all the bad reviews stating that people haven’t received there orders for weeks and months. I think they’re cases are the one in a thousand ones which obviously every company has. The quality is just on point, and looks amazing. Definitely would recommend.
Would give no stars if I could. For some annoying reason, my son likes clothes from this useless company. The last time we ordered it was the same, they say 9-12 working days for dispatch but it actually takes way longer. Where on earth are the items sent from? They aren’t that good to warrant the time it takes.I ordered a BBC hoodie from Flannels and it came the next day, was much better quality, and I didn’t even ask or pay for next day delivery.I’m never ordering from Trapstar again!!
Placed an order a month ago still no response. I have been contacting via the chat on their website and have been getting the same answer. customer support doesn't exist and I have convinced my self that the "people" that answer me are also bots. Read reviews before buying.
The worst company I have ever ordered clothes from! I didn’t read any reviews before I ordered from them but I wish I had! Their customer service is absolutely shambolic. Ordered and waited 2.5 weeks with no update on my order.. emailed customer service who told me to wait another week for an update which I did then they said they have a logistics problem and to check back again in another week so I asked for a refund as I had already waited way past the delivery time. Had I have seen the reviews I would never have ordered so if you’re thinking about ordering then please take your money elsewhere as you probably won’t even get your order! Trapstar have officially gone down hill and I would not recommend anyone to waste their money! I can imagine my refund taking another 4 weeks too!Avoid at all costs!
