Absolutely shocking, ordered from here on the 26th may 2024, heard nothing for a month, then received an email with a tracking number, that item was 4 hours away from me at a depot, turns out that is not my tracking number, also still no item or update from trapstar

Avoid - feel sick to the core handing money over to this company.Goods not received. No replies from emails. Just having to write the same stuff over and over on their chat box and not getting anywhere Have opened up a dispute request with my bank.Has put me off any online shopping for kids again

I strongly advise against purchasing from here

I strongly advise against purchasing from this brand. Despite taking my money, they failed to deliver the goods. My attempts to contact customer service were met with automated responses claiming a shipping time of 9-12 days, but no further updates or resolutions were provided. The online chat function is unresponsive, making it impossible to reach a real person. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's hard to understand how a brand with such a reputation can operate in this manner.

Order missing for over a month. Wish I read the other reviews. Awful customer service, not so much as an apology. My friend of mine had ordered previously, same quality as if you’d brought from Turkey. Stay away!

Good Customer service but...

I ordered a t shirt at May 30. They sent me an email with a link to view my order which didn't work at all. Fortunately they replied fast when I texted them. I asked why it was not working and they said that there are lots of orders and I had to text them back after the 12 if nothing happens. In the 12 day I texted them and they said I can get my money back if I am not happy waiting. Thanks god they refunded my money. I will search another site to buy trapstar.
