Would give zero stars absolutely disgusted by this company's delivery. Been waiting 16 days for my order. Customer service is horrendous. Do not order from these scumbags. Such a bad delivery time and customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. they do not deserve the fanbase they have. Just order from a company that can keep up with demand and can manage some deliveries.

I placed an order in January just for…

I placed an order in January just for them to cancel it at the end of February after I had waited a month. They did not compensate me for this in anyway as a normal company would. Another order I placed on the 15th February still has not arrived and they are not being very helpful when I contact them, all they have done is told me they’ll dispatch the order partially and I’ll get shipping information within 48 hours. It’s been 6 days since then and still no shipping information, worst company ever.

I bought a puffer for my sons main…

I bought a puffer for my sons main Christmas present £235.The zip has broken, within 3 months. Its only been worn for a couple of months. They wont fix the problem and offered %25 back. So roughly £34 back on £235, my sons wished for main Christmas present. They said they have had an update on their exchanges policy, basically they do not exchange. Im fuming.Im still pursuing to at least get the zip replaced.This is surely bad quality. This is the first time ive had an issue with a coat zip, which is surely a very important part of a coat.

If I could give them no stars I would, ordered for the 2nd time after receiving a weirdly sized tracksuit, luckily the first time I could tell straight away it wouldn’t fit my son (this was for a birthday present) I had to go through the longed out process to return it and then re-order a different style tracksuit, after the long nearly 3 week wait I received it and it looked alright. Today my son’s birthday he is disappointed as it is again a really weird sized tracksuit, and doesn’t fit him, even though it’s the size he gets in many other brands. There are bits of threading hanging of and I don’t rate the quality at all. I have my proof of purchase and it’s obviously still in the packaging and it hasn’t been worn. I am unable to get a refund or exchange as they have a 14 day return policy which is crazy considering it took longer than that for me to receive it so why should I have to send it back that quick!! If it was something I had bought for immediate wear/try on I could of got it sent back in time but it was a present and I had to order well ahead as I didn’t know how long it would take to receive. I contacted them and they point blank refused. Disgusting customer service, they charge an absolute fortune for there brand which in my opinion is awful, and then once they’ve got your money they don’t give a s**t!!!! Will never be ordering from them again, I’m now out of pocket and my son has been let down.😞😞🤬🤬🤬

STRUCK OFF

Avoid, company is being compulsory STRUCK OFF meaning that it will be dissolved and go into liquidation. DO NOT BUY. Orders are currently not being sent out. I’ve waiting over a month for an order and they still do not know when it will be sent. Asked for the refund instead before it’s too late.

Ordered 7 weeks ago was told 9-12 business days still nothing!Chase customer service just say logistical delay and no dispatch date can be advised! No delay in taking the money from me though!Poor company to deal with!
