Review Time
Clearly Trapstar do not care about their customers, nor do they care about the bad reviews they are receiving on Trustpilot! I order an item on Saturday 23rd March, due to the easter bank holiday weekend I expected the 9-12 days shipping to be a little longer than usual. I checked in with them on the supposed delivery date and I was told on their chat service that there has been a delay with the order, I have waited another week and did not hear from them, I message again on the chat service and I receive a message saying that the order will be dispatched on 22/4 and there is a 9-12 day shipping time, I just had to wait for that so why am I having to wait fo that again. To make things worse, I order a tracksuit from there on Monday 1st of April, it arrived on Wednesday 3rd of April, 2 days! It did not fit me so I sent it back, I receive my refund about a week later, why was I able to order, receive, returned and refunded in the less time that it takes to get my first item I orderded on March 23rd. I wanted my items for a holiday in May but if I have to wait another 9-12 days then I will not receive it in time!!! This disgusting customer service and nobody seems to be doing anything about it!!!
I don't understand why people judge Trapstar so harshly. While it's true that orders take a long time to arrive, it's often because of pre-orders. Personally, I received my order without any issues, and my communication with them was very good. I wasn't discouraged by opinions suggesting that orders don't arrive, as those are probably isolated cases among thousands
Ordered item you get the usual when you contact them, "our orders take 9-12 working days etc". Anyone would think you are ordering from the US why are their dispatch times that long ? I contacted them after 19 days only to be told item is out of stock, logistic delays. I will never order from them again.
Trapstar more like FraudstarsAbsolute joke I had ordered mid February it is now mid april and no order delivered even though it said 9-12 days.Fabian is a absolute joke of a customer service agent and just started ignoring me constantly.
I bought two t-shirts on the 10th March, contacted them a week later to chase up my order and told me because it had been less than two weeks since my order l should wait of which l did. Nearly a month later l contacted them again on the 7th April only for them to cancel my order because the product has run out of stock. I will never buy from Trapstar again. If l could give a 0 zero rate l would have.
Ordered from them the 2nd time, first time went well and the order arrived in 14 days.Been waiting for the order since 13 February only to get support telling me TODAY (5th of April) that they’ve ran out of stock and will be refunding me, but have used during the whole almost 2 months the excuse that “We’ve experienced a logistic delay affecting your order and […] dispatch informations will be sent at the end of the week.Every single week. Damn
