Review Time
I should have read the reviews before ordering! Same issues as many others. The brand is a complete shambles, and ran by incompetent people. Ordered an item that was “in stock” over 5 weeks ago and still nothing has been received. They must print on each sale due to slow business or something. Numerous emails and no response. Avoid this dying brand!!
Ordered almost a month ago now for clothes for my son for our holiday and these ignorant people won’t even respond to my numerous emails. Don’t spend a penny on this site they will take your money leave you for ages and have to go through the bank! I’m also reporting them to trading standards too!
My parcel had been 'lost' yet I am unable to get a refund. Trapstar no longer have a customer service number and instead want you to use AI chatbot which only gives general responses. The worst company I have ever used and they don't seem to care at all about the customer once they've take your order.
Absolutely awful! Ordered a “In Stock” item 5 weeks ago, money left the bank, had a text confirmation with a tracking link that didn’t work, received nothing- contacted via email to ask for delivery date and was told nothing. Contacted another 4 times, Have now asked for a refund and I’m still waiting!! Do Not Use!
If i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered a pink short and baby tee set back in april. after 4 weeks my package still wasnt dispatched. I got a refund last month and the money STILL hasnt be put into my bank account. if u go to order something from trapstar you might aswell get it off vinted because atleast vinted will send off ur package.
DISGUSTING SERVICEYou can’t call anybody about your order. Your order doesn’t come on time and when you’re following this up, nobody bothered to respond back to you. The timeless of the orders is terrible - why does it take so long. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY go else where
1st order (almost a month before my sons birthday) was cancelled due to server error and I never received an order despite the money coming out of my account. Made a 2nd order in a bid to get the item here in time for my sons birthday to find out both orders have been put through. Terrible customer service. Going round and round in circles. Won't be ordering again.
I ordered a 2 piece short set the first week of June, I have chased numerous times. The first time I was told my item was a pre order, which I did not know, but after looking online it states this in the ‘description’ which I would look in that area for the item of clothing to be ‘described’ not to know it’s a pre order. The 2nd time I was advised there was a delay on my order being processed. The 3rd time I was told that my item had been delivered and there is nothing they can do if I haven’t received it. When questioning this they sent me the tracking information with was for somewhere in Wales, I am from Yorkshire. The 4th time, well I’m still waiting for a response via email, I have also messaged on instagram and there has been no response. The items I have ordered are no longer on the website. I wouldn’t usually go this far to write a review but this is my 3rd complicated order with them in a row, I have received no apology and after searching and seeing 75% of customers have given them a 1 star review. Come on Trapstar something is not right!It seems like they are not even acknowledging their reviews. It is sad because myself and my partner have spent £1000’s with this company and I remember when it was authentic and they cared about their people, their customers. I will never buy from this company again, but they probably don’t even care about that too.
